It’s a wonderful dinning experience tonight. We’ve ordered BBQ pork and roasted duck combo, both are really tender and juicy. My girls can’t wait to try before I am able to take photo. Also My girls love their sweet and sour pork so much and we finished it in speed! A very big portion for their Fried mixed vege, and taste good. Last but not least, the steamed scallops with garlic and vermicelli is definitely a must have item! Smell great, looks good and taste amazing! Price is reasonable for having such high quality food, highly recommended!

They’re open for takeaways on Sundays. We only found out when we got to the shopping centre. However, the lady was very nice. We ordered two roast meats and waited for 20 minutes near the back door. The food was brought to our car on time and she even gave us a side dish of steamed green vegetables. The roast duck and crispy pork belly are absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

A nice, friendly and yummy local place to eat HK BBQ style food. The owner is very friendly. The roast pork is so crispy. We tried the home made herbal tea, very refreshing. FYI the place is inside the centre.

Amazing Roast Pork. One of the best in Perth for sure. Crackling is amazingly crispy. Meat is tender and juicy. Full of flavour. I’m still salivating from the taste.

Honey bbq pork and roast duck was pretty good but slightly dry. It wasn’t as good as the pork belly for sure. So next time I’m there I know what I’ll focus one.

Service was really friendly. The lady was always ready to help with full of smile. She even set our table with plate, fork and spoon as if we’re in a five star restaurant.

Woah!!! This is the last place you would expect to have better than restaurant quality BBQ roast in a derelict dive of a shopping complex; so, don’t be fooled by the humble setting - Coolbellup you bloody lucky ducks, no need to go to Northbridge or Booragoon! I came here for the already great reviews and was blown away by the service and quality of produce. This place is a real treat for anyone who just likes good food or even for the connoisseur of Chinese/ Hong Kong or Malay cooking - the Laksa was yum, large and generous, the Kuey-teow mmmm oh so tasty and the BBQ meats - yes, probably the BEST I have had in Perth / this included the duck, cha sui pork and crispy roast duck, amazing!!! All fresh, juicy, tender and melt in the mouth. Take your mum, get past the decor and indulge yourself in a real culinary delight, you will NOT be disappointed. This chef has probably worked in 5 star restaurants before and taken to less salubrious surrounds. My hot tip, if you need more staff due to your horrendous understaffing and constant demand for your food, sell the idea of learning top notch Chinese cuisine to Cheffing students at your bespoke eatery, learn with the best professionals in a low stress environment to master the essentials of Chinese cuisine. Don’t miss this place.

Small venue but great food. I ordered the Roast Pork on the recommendation of my Chinese friend who delivers meat there, and it lived up to my expectations and more. The pork was juicy and tender, while the skin was very crispy - definitely some of the best roast pork I've had in Perth. The restaurant is not very well known yet, so I'd recommend trying it out before it gets famous and very busy! My one criticism is that their prices are quite expensive, even if the quality of food does meet expectations. Maybe offering cheaper lunch deals for smaller portions would be nice! Would definitely come back if not only for the roast pork.

Recommended by a Hong Kong friend to dine there and true to her recommendation, the food is really authentic. Love the roast pork rice, roast duck rice, Hong Kong style hor fun, chicken sweet corn soup and the yee min among others. Didn't have the chance to take photos of them cos the food was all gone before we could do so!! Kids shared a fried ice-cream and we were surprised that it was so well presented. The photo of the fried ice-cream was the only one I managed to take cos by then we were so full from all the yummy food. Love this place. Will definitely visit again.

Food and services is great. Small family run, authentic Hong Kong Style BBQ/Roast meat restaurant. A gem tucked away in an unassuming shopping centre, a must to try.

Really great food and service. Worth the wait. Busy with takeaway orders slowed down the kitchen but cannot fault service and relaxed atmosphere. Planning my next visit already.

I ordered set A I got poached chicken with ginger sauce, Chinese broccoli oyster sauce and 2 rice. It was very nice and price is acceptable.

Pleasantly surprised. Service by this passionate couple was excellent. Pork belly - served quickly and still crispy, freshly blanched greens, rice was good enough and ginger oil a nice topping. Portions are generous for the price. Will be back when in the area. Don't let the dated looking centre fool you, once inside the store, it's great - clean, welcoming and well run.

I don't usually write reviews, but the roast duck, roast pork and BBQ pork really are super delicious. You can tell the amount of care the chef takes in preparing them. Very flavourful but not too salty. It's a small shop run by a friendly family, definitely will go back again.

I’m not local but came across this place by chance and decided to check it out. And honestly I’m so Glad I did! The roast duck was the best I’ve tasted so far and cooked perfectly. And the service was so amazing 💛

So delicious. The best Chinese meal I can remember eating. I had Ho Fun Beef, totally brilliant. Nice thick noodles in it. Friendly service too and it was good value for the high quality ingredients (beef was really the best I had in ages too), nothing scrimped on or saved on. Utterly recommended!

One of the best roasts (juicy roast duck with crispy skin, crunchy skinned roast pork, tender bbq pork) in Perth. Good with gravy style noodle options and nice fried rice. What an authentic Hong Kong style cooking! Highly recommended and worth our 30-min drive to satisfy our cravings! Their good customer service simply enhanced our dining experience too.
