Great customer service in store by Vicki .. always able to help me with my needs every time I shop in store and great advice always.. she knows her products .. I did not have any regrets changing brands with Vicki’s help when I had to choose another brand of cigarettes & also buying novelty item gifts ..she gives good feedback from her customers and passes it on

Amazing lady's in this store they are so helpful and very polite and professional this is the only place I come to as the service is 💯 persent love that I can browse and the staff are always helpful the displays are beautifully set out a pleasure to shop here.

I was going to go to Woolworths for some tobacco and I thought I'd give Smokemart in Butler a go. So glad I did. I wanted a 50g pack and the staff member there suggested it was cheaper to buy 2 x 25g. I really appreciated her knowledge on tbe pricing that I bought extra stuff and was still in front. Just goes to show that a specialised shop understands you more and offer a better service

Came into Smokemart on Friday and the girls in there were just lovely. Went in for a gift and the ladies were so helpful and patient, being that I’m an older lady.
Found a special gift for my daughter for her birthday!

I absolutely love shopping at this store, Everything is displayed so beautifully, the manager Carrie and her staff are nothing but helpful, super polite and extremely professional. Ten out of ten !!!

I love this shop, I prefer this to the other smokemarts in my area, the lady's here are soo friendly and professional you can tell they actually want to help you, I went to two smoke marts today and the difference in the staff is soo different I had to say something, thanks for being amazing 10/10

The service by Vicki and Sam is outstanding, however Smokemart themselves have implemented 3 price increases on my brand of cigarettes since the Federal increase in September. In 2 months my brand has increased by $20 from $169 per carton to $189.
Not sure they can legally do this ?

I would like to make a formal complaint about Marie from your Butler store. I went in to purchase a carton of menthols however I was given a carton of golds. I left the store not noticing the error. It was not until I returned home I opened one pack and noticed the error. When I returned to the store She admitted her mistake and that the golds were in the slot for menthols. I was told I could not return the open pack as she could not do anything with them even though they were full as it was policy. I have NEVER been in a situation where a staff member makes a mistake and the company refuses to fix it. I am now left with a full packet of golds that I can not do anything with either. May i suggest that if this is the policy that you put some very large signs up to advise that you do not process refunds or returns, nor accept any responsibility for your staffs incompetence. Also when I was served by Marie the first time she was wearing a mask, the second time she was not, the staff member that came to assist her was wearing a mask initially however removed it in order to show Marie how to process a refund for one of the packets I purchased. May I also suggest a sign upon entering your store that states your staff a exempt from government restrictions and do not care about the health and safety of your patrons
