Sealevel

Went back to Sealevel after a 20-year absence following a move out of the area. I chose this as a fitting location for a milestone birthday and I was not disappointed. The service from Taylor was exceptional, and the seafood platter was every bit as good as I remembered. Not inexpensive, but worth the price considering the view. My wife and I will be making the long trek much more often in future, especially now I know that this special venue also offers a BYO service.

Beautiful views & generous portions however the food was rather underwhelming and wasn’t prepared well. We had some hiccups with our bill and the staff weren’t apologetic for the errors. We still had a nice experience and hopefully what we experienced was a one off occasion.

Definitely a meal with a view. We had a beautiful view of the ocean, the beef was cooked perfectly. Definitely a great date night and the staff were so helpful. Great place to visit for special occasions and will be visiting again

I have been coming to this restaurant for quite a few years and I always seem to come back.
Beautiful location no matter what the weather brings!
Today we ordered a hot and cold seafood platter for two with half lobster.
It was spectacular but my only criticism would be for this platter is that they can afford to put a few more pieces of fish. The prawns oysters and octopus were four of each, but two very small pieces of fish the size of fish cocktails was not quite enough! Lobster cooked to perfection!
Staff as always are pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.

I love this restaurant and over the years we find ourselves returning. It overlooks North Cronulla Beach and for lunch has great views. On a balmy summer evening it is also wonderful. The Cronulla parking station is about 5 minutes walk away too. A must visit.

👀 Had always seen this restaurant but never have been inside. Finally we celebrating my sister’s engagement here. We ordered 4 seafood platters for the table and polished them all off.

💥 The restaurant itself is loud inside and the tables are quite close together so i would try to request a window table if possible.

Terrific restaurant with a great atmosphere, our favourites from the entree menu, octopus and scallops. Hats off to the wait staff, good recommendations and excellent knowledge of the menu.

Not only did they take on our company of 14 people with the shortest notice. They gave us the most amazing service! Never have I experienced a more welcoming and warming restaurant. The food was exceptional and all this while’s overlooking the water, the late evening surfers and in the end, the moonlight. I’ll recommend it to everyone! Worth every cent ❤🙏 thank you Sealevel!

Perched at Sealevel restaurant, the coastal breeze gently tousled our group – Simon, Ryan, Luke, Adam, and myself. The weariness from conquering a challenging 25km hike seemed to dissipate with every sip of the crisp Gin and Tonic in hand. Our seafood platter, a feast fit for champions, sprawled across the table like a maritime cornucopia.

As we delved into our culinary rewards, the sun dipped lower on the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow over the vast ocean that stretched out before us. The rhythmic symphony of waves crashing against the rocks out front provided an enchanting soundtrack to our tales of the trail.

Laughter mingled with the clinking of glasses, creating an atmosphere of pure camaraderie. The Gin and Tonics, adorned with wedges of fresh lime, added a zesty touch to our gastronomic adventure. Each sip seemed to be a toast to the triumphs of our hike and the enduring bonds of friendship that had carried us through the arduous journey.

Sealevel, with its panoramic views and delectable offerings, became the canvas upon which our post-hike celebration unfolded. The salty sea air, the taste of the sea in our dishes, and the botanical notes of the gin – it was a sensory experience that transcended the ordinary.

As the afternoon
wore on, the lights of the restaurant began to twinkle like stars against the deepening twilight. Our shared stories flowed effortlessly, weaving a tapestry of memories that would forever be associated with this seaside haven. Sealevel, with its blend of coastal charm and culinary excellence, had not just served as a venue for our celebration; it had become an integral part of the story we were crafting, a place where adventure and gastronomy converged in a symphony of flavors and friendship.

Had a girls Christmas celebration for lunch at SeaLevel yesterday. It was such a great day. We had 3 very attentive wait staff, they were fantastic. Specifically the hostess went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. The food was incredible!! I had the Salmon and honestly it’s one of the most delicious meals I’ve had in a very long time. I can’t stop thinking about how amazing it was! I have been to this restaurant in the past and enjoyed it, but yesterday was fantastic and went way above my expectations. I want to take my husband to dinner just so he can try the salmon. Amazing!
Obviously everything is on the pricey side but for a special occasion, it’s very worth it.

Food was lovely (as you can see in the photos) and the cocktails were good too! We have been here before and the service was great both times. If you’re looking for great food with a view this is your place. The restaurant was busy so would recommend booking a table, and ask for a window seat 😉

Great location, lovely staff and amazing food. The Seafood platter for two is a generous size featuring salt and pepper calamari, scallops, fresh, kilpatrick and mornay oysters, grilled prawns, fresh prawns, grilled or battered fish plus more, also comes with chips and fresh fruit. Great views of course too. Remember that you get what you pay for, so it's definitely worth a visit here, yum!

Lovely food, great service and an awesome view. Couldn't fault the food or service on our last visit. The seafood platter for 2 here is a great option. Lovely balance of fresh and cooked seafood. Couldn't quite finish it all however we chose to add the optional lobster Mornay which was delicious. Super fresh.

Sealevel is always a great place to go to. The seafood is always fantastic and the staff are so friendly. We had a great time and really enjoyed our food. Been going now for as long as I can remember, you have four generations of our family now enjoying Sealevel.

Amazing amazing AMAZING! Sealevel has to be one of my favourite restaurants in Sydney. The seafood platter is actually to die for! Visited with my extended family, we got 4 seafood platters and they were able to accomodate a gluten free option.

The service also was impeccable, with beautiful views to match! Could not recommend sealevel more to those looking for a place to celebrate their special celebration!

Fantastic place for an anniversary or any special occasion! Booked a table by the window and got one basically by the ocean with the best view i have had in a restaurant.
Got treated like a king by our waiter Brandan, very kind and helpful.
Got the sea food platter for 160 bucks for two people but it was more than worth it in atmosphere like that. Has to be said also that that massive platter came just after 10 minutes. Amazing experience, would do this again and again.

Had a wonderful time here ! Such a memorable lunch I've had because of the great food and company :) The seafood platter was absolutely delish ! From the scrumptious scallops, juicy prawns, and octopus, everything was well-seasoned and cooked well ! Presentation was mouth-watering, the seafood platter had amazing colour ! So vibrant and fresh. We also booked a window seat and the water-view was so relaxing whilst eating tasty food. I highly highly recommend the Bindaree Beef Fillet (mygosh so tender !! Absolutely amazing with the truffle onion cream), and for dessert the dark chocolate & amaretto cremeux (it's super creamy and rich :) )

As for customer service, they are very professional and highly attentive in such a busy work environment (Our waters were constantly re-filled). Keep up the good work ! :)

Sealevel meets all expectations for a first class restaurant. The menu is extensive enough to meet the wishes of the most discerning customer, with great warm and welcoming service. The outlook is superb being so close to the beach.
