Fern Hill Playground

Great park and amazing amount of wildlife! What a beautiful part of Canberra!

The playground is amongst the suburban parkland of Bruce. It is close to shops and educational institutes such as CIT and AIS. There are beautiful views of hills surrounding the area looking into the distances towards the north and south of Canberra and mountain ranges beyond. There are seats nearby and plenty of space to play and stroll in.

For playground equipment that is 10 years old, it's in pretty good condition.

Top of the hill at Fern Hill Park sits this fun toddler and junior aged playground, with large trees providing plenty of scenic shade. Two great bench seats facing the playground . Playground is a safe distance away from the busy road and plenty of pathways back into the suburbs.

🚗 street parking available on the Main Street and some to the curb on the smaller neighbourhood street

Needs another layer of soft fill as all equipment is just a bit high off the ground

Nice area to take my grandchildren

It was ok. Just hoped there would have been a rubber ground.
