Shop was clean and has heaps of merchandise, got a few hats and a new wallet . Staff member was evei , she was happy ,pleasant, and knowledgeable on pop stuff and up sold me on a Star Wars tote bag :)

Wonderful customer service this evening at Shellharbour store from Raphie. He was so patient with my son who has autism. He was patient as my son built up the courage to ask his question and Raphie was able to explain in a way he could understand. We walked out of the store with the most amazing birthday gift for my son and he was so overjoyed. Even though we live 5 hours away and we’re in the region for a holiday it will be on our to do list to return for Christmas shopping and hope Raphie is still there 😉 This young person deserves a pay rise or promotion as you can see he puts in so much effort and really enjoys his job. Thank you 😊

This is my favourite shop ever. I am so happy they merged with Zing! I love every single thing I have bought from this store in my whole life. The staff are amazing too, friendly & always onto it, giving me a phone call when my pre-order has arrived, so I can pick it up on the day. I can't thank them enough for what they do. I love the wide variety of products & games here too. If I am ever having a day when I am feeling anxious, or feeling upset when something hasn't gone to plan, having a look around in this store never fails to cheer me up.
