Lovely park. Much nicer spot than the free camp. Good price safe & secure. Colin the groundsman does a wonderful job. Friendly staff in the office. Thank you.

Spent 4 great days whilst unable to travel due to flooding! Park Manager ‘Kate’ couldn’t have been more welcoming! Amenities spotless, showers were awesome and we all loved and made use of the great camp kitchen with everything we needed tv and even the fire! We will definitely be back 🥰 Rhonda Larry Adrian & Sharyn And Boz & Jack (our fur babies) 🤣

We had 3 days at Lakeview park the ladies were great help and the park was very quiet and amenities were very clean ..we met some lovely people there. Take some bug spray. Loads if mozzies..

Nested right next to the lake, this gem is a great place to spend a few nights used to explore the region. Everyone is so friendly here, especially the relief managers who went out of the way to Jane visitors feel at home. Highly recommended.

Loved it .new years 2017 will be one to remember. Fireworks were amazing. .great park. Friendly managers . We will come back. Great little town....Fran and Daryl Peatt Howqua inlet Victoria.
Back in area again 2019 have to say really like Lake Cargelligo. As always friendly people and just a nice area will keep visiting.

Well worth staying for two weeks and adventure and beautiful flowers in September. Shops wonderful. Bakery fantastic. The whole town friendly folk that love visitors

It's my 5th visit this place. I am very happy with the cabins except the old cabins. Try to get one of their new cabin if you want to stay at cabin.

Lake Cargelligo is a town in the Central West region of New South Wales, Australia, on Lake Cargelligo. It is in Lachlan Shire. At the 2016 census, Lake Cargelligo had a population of 1,479 people. Its name is said to be a corruption of the Aboriginal word kartjellakoo meaning 'he had a coolamon'. Alternatively it is derived from Wiradjuri and Ngiyambaa "gajal" for water container with suffix "lugu" for "her" or "his". In 2016, it had an indigenous population of 239 and other Australian-born population of 1,186. source
