Frogs Hollow Campground

Spent one night here on waters edge very peaceful lake looked full.
Walked to town some very old buildings in town I preferred this place to Gum Bend as you could park on the waters edge and the town had more Character..

This place is unreal and peaceful. I would never get bored living by this lake! Highly recommended for holiday camping with your love ones!

On the lake. Nice grass border and plenty of water ATM. Plenty of room . Good walk to shops.

Great spot to camp, supply’s not far up the road (fuel, food, grog) a nice breeze for the hot days and a gentle slope from camp site. Bring shoes you can wear in the water as it’s a little rocky in the shallows, just enough to annoy you.

Fabulous spot to stay. Grassy areas. Walking paths peace and quiet. What more could you want. Friendly town which has everything you would need.

Lovely right on the side of the lake, toilets but no bbqs.

Huge lake, hundreds of birds at dawn. Great camp site. Toilets on site but most campers are self contained. Will explore the town when the day warms up. 5deg at 9am.

Great free camp spot o n the lake with grass at places, some traffic noise but wasn't a problem for me.
Short walk to town around the water front.
Toilets are new but small n clean but I'm self-contained.
Lake Cargelligo is a great place to stay a few days or a week.

hidden gem in Lake Cargelligo. Good spot for camping but still close to city centre

Great camping area. Get here early though spots go quickly. Bird life is quite prolific on the lake. Very pretty spot.

Becoming more popular but a great little spot next to the lake and a 15 minute walk into friendly town

This free camp (donation box) is on the banks of Lake Cargelligo with large trees for shade. The council maintains bins and 2 flush toilets. The lake is popular for water sports like skiing. Bird life abounds and the lake teems with fish. Camping is allowed for a maximum stay of 7 days.

There is a dump point in town at 12 Narrenderra St and also a separate tap for fresh water. Food supplies are available in town from IGA and Foodworks.

The council maintains a number of parks they deserve a medal for their generous contribution to community development. Please donate for this cause since we have here a council going out of their way to welcome visitors to their beautiful town.

Really lovely spot to spend a few days or however long you want. The toilets have been removed but it's a nice walk into town where there are public toilets
