Soak up Leedy's chill vibes at this lovely location. Their food is always spectacular. Today, they accidentally forgot my noodle salad and noticed it just as I was about to say something. They offered a refund, saying it was a nice thing to do since they had made a mistake. This was such a generous gesture! Service like this is rare nowadays. The owner is friendly and the food is consistently great.

Probably best Bahn mi in Perth … match it with amazing Vietnamese coffee. My favourite is the crispy pork… with chilli! Also a great collection of condiments to take home!

This place is just THE BEST vietnamese food. The Bahn Mi’s and Noodle Salads are so fresh, flavourful and delicious. 😋😋

Took the advice of one of the reviewer and had the Hibachi grilled pork bahn mi, it was indeed delicious 😊 although, they could be a bit more generous with the meat filling, especially charged at upwards of $11 each. Hot Saigon coffee was great too.

Very popular restaurant in Oxford Street with a great setting and very friendly staff.
We visited because we drew the connection between Bunn Mee and Jenny Lam, a former masterchef contestant.
We had the habachi grilled pork and sticky soy chicken bahn mis.
Both were incredible!
The hot Saigon coffee was a great way to end the meal.

We've been there to have lunch for the first time, an accident choice which was very lucky! The food is amazing! We had a pork beef soup and beef salad. They both were very delicious, fresh and healthy! The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. Would love to come back and try something else next time!

If you want Vietnamese street food at your front door, you definitely need to head over to Bunn Mee in leederville. I had the bún thịt nướng or grilled pork vermicelli supersized with additional authentic lacy/netted springrolls, the pork was chargrilled and tender packed full of flavour. The netted springrolls are actually uncommon to find, so I was excited to get these ones. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious and just the right balance of coffee and condensed milk. My sister got the crackling roast pork bánh mì thịt and I wish I had more space to buy one too! The pork was crunchy and the paté was amazing. The highlight for me was discovering the pandan brown sugar custard tart, it was like a Portuguese tart but with an Asian twist. Highly recommend, it was so good I bought another four to take home for my family...if it lasts til then anyway haha.
Also don't be too deterred by the queue, it's start getting packed round 1130am but service is quick so food comes out in no time. Thanks Bunn Mee team, you really made my lunch a highlight today!

Bunn Mee have a great new vegan chicken option on their menu! Jenny has created a delicious vegan chicken recipe using wheat based protein and an amazing sauce containing fresh pineapple, coconut water, soy sauce, sesame oil and black pepper (yes it’s as delicious as it sounds!).

All of these dishes were fantastic but my favourite has to be the noodle salad, which is surprising because I’m not usually a salad person! But the noodles combined with crunchy veg, tasty chicken, lots of fresh herbs and the incredibly tasty nuoc mam sauce was just perfection 👌🏻👌🏻

Passed by this place several times & it's always packed. We finally took the plunge & visited yesterday. It was still packed despite it being almost 2 pm on a weekday.

The signature banh mi is among the top few we've ever tried in Perth. The bun bo hue had so much meat it was really value for money. I'm still dreaming of the broth now. The pork chop in the com tam had really good flavour & we love how nicely charred it was. Definitely will return to try other items on the menu.

I’ve heard so much and finally had a signature Banh Mi today. Bun is crispy yet soft, balanced sauce with pickled vegetables. All came together so well.

Lots of great options here. But I’ve ordered the tofu Bahn Mi more times than I could count. Staff are always warm and friendly. Great lunch spot in the heart of Leederville.

Terrific banh mi
We ordered a signature banh mi and it was delicious with a beautiful crispy baguette, tasty pate, generous serving of three different types of pork and salad! The food on the other diners' plates looked amazing too! No wonder this place is so popular!

A cozy & friendly family run place that dish out crispy bunn mee buns, delicious tumeric egg pancake, yummy grilled pork salad and a pho which the Soup is wow🤤 and which also tasted light, savoury & clear, not heavy and thus is a joy to savour. The Decor esp with the pretty ceiling lanterns and the framed pride of Ms Jenny's (the Founder) MasterChef Apron provide pretty instagramable opportunities. Great service by the staff despite constant queue traffic at Counter . Worth regular visits if working in the area 👍👍👍

They always have great food, portion sizes are big and freshly made. The staff are also so friendly- have always had great service.

Absolutely LOVED their Vietnamese Savoury Crepe and coconut juice with flesh and both were incredibly fresh and next-level tasty. It's not often you find a place serving up FRESH ingredients like this place does.

Love the name of this little restaurant which shows love to their signature menu! The food here is all freshly made and authentic, always pleasure to eat. Pretty busy during lunch time.
