I have shopped at Perlu for years. It’s my go to
I even call ahead & the girls put things aside for me when I am in a rush at work.
I can always get a complete outfit in store. Whom ever buys for the store has amazing taste.
Although the gals are so young & hot in store they are always super friendly & helpful.

I feel like any negative reviews are pretty unwarranted, you always make both me and my mum feel really welcome in store and have always gone above and beyond, especially when I’m coming in a day before an event annoying your amazing staff and chewing their ears off. For someone who NEVER shops (me) I had the best experience shopping with Perlu. I ordered a pair of shoes online, they arrived literally 2 days later. They were too small for me and with no bigger sizes I had to return. The ladies made the process so easy and were so friendly even though I was getting a full refund. I had my sleeping baby in the car when I went to the store to return them, so didn’t want to park. One of the gals actually came outside and to get them so I didn’t have to park the car and wake my bub. So darn lovely. What legends. Will definitely be shopping there in the future. Service like that is so hard to find, I was so impressed (touched even). Loved it.

I have ordered a couple of dresses online and the Perlu team has been nothing short of exceptional. I had to return one of them due to sizing and they acted very promptly and put the last dress size aside for me until they received my parcel (coming from Melbourne). Overall super happy with the customer service and their flexibility. Hoping to be able to visit the store someday :)

I went last Tuesday just to have a look and had such an amazing shopping experience. I had a great salesperson, Sophie, who helped me find a great pair of boots and then put in the effort to show me outfits they could be worn with. Love the stock there and thanks so much for such a positive experience! Will definitely come again x

Hands down the best online shopping experience yet! Instant feedback when I submitted payment, constant updates, quicker than expected delivery (3 days from WA to Melbourne), meticulously wrapped and perfectly presented! All with a personalised thank you card and a hand written code fir $20 off my next purchase!! 😊🙌🙌🙌I know I seem a little OTT and no, I DON’T know them. Lol
But, since Covid and having done a lot of online shopping, you gotta give credit where credit is due! Especially to a local and smaller business who thankfully just “gets it”.

Overall very happy with their service. Got the order out quickly. One item arrived with a small hole in it but as I've experienced before, last items in stock aren't going to be perfect. Lovely personal touch with the handwritten note in the parcel. Would definately shop there again given the chance.

Overall I was very excited to shop with Perlu, they have a great range and shipped my dress out promptly. However I phoned the same day I received the dress to let them know it is unfortunately the wrong size and wanted to return. The dress is not an old style and on all other sites the dress is full price. Perlu have this dress on sale and therefore would not allow a refund as their policy is no refunds on sale items. They had this dress reduced from $340 to $270 so not a significant reduction and by no means a 'clearance' sale which is generally when stores wont refund an item. I phoned and explained living in a different state meant I could not try the dress on and would express post it back the same day I received it so they could sell it promptly. I understand that it is my mistake to not have read the stores terms, however it is disappointing that, considering the circumstances they wouldn't make an exception. It has meant I will not be shopping with this store again.

Not a nice feeling coming into this store, as I was just having a look at some of their dresses. The staff weren’t welcoming and implied that there I needed a bigger size which was very rude.

The dress I purchased was an incorrect size and they wouldn't allow a return, even though the dress was not a final sale item (but only a promo item). I recommend closely looking at the return policy before purchasing.

First of all I would like to say your clothing and accessory range are amazing and I hoped to frequent your store regularly as supporting good local small business is important to me. However your sales assistant’s service and attitude leave much to be desired and to be quite frank make me regret ever walking into your store.

I only dealt with one of your sales assistant’s on two very brief occasions, but none the less on both occasions she managed to make me feel intimidated and uncomfortable.

I saw many things in your store I would have liked to purchase, but unfortunately your staff are cold, rude and made me feel so uncomfortable I couldn’t bring myself to give them a sales commission. I really do hope to see a change in your staff’s attitude because I would really like to shop at your store in the future.

Hi Katie - if you call ‘kindly greeting someone’ saying “we have bigger sizes out back”, then I guess we have a difference of what we think is kind. You might say I am being ‘over sensitive’, however I see it as more concerning that your staff are judging what “size I am” and the items on display would be too small for me to try on, I personally believe those decisions should be left to your customers. In a age of body positivity might I suggest you either keep a larger ranger of sizes on your racks or ask your staff to inform customers in a more polite manner regarding your “range of sizes out the back”.
