Today I had a call from Fiona , Carlingford - Epping's Carlingford Nurse, to make an Appointment for my Shingles Injection.
'Injection administered at 11.15am this morning. All good ... Ouch - free ...
Fiona is a very good Registered Nurse.
Knowledgeable, professional and very respectful to her Patients...

I booked in urgently as a new patient at Carlingford Epping surgery with Dr. Stephanie for breast pain, she was very professional and listened to my history and went through a thorough check up with immediate scans as required , knowing I was very stressed out about the pain she was very kind to call me later in the day to update me about scan reports and what necessary actions /precautions needs to be taken for the future until my next appointment. The staff at the medical practice, especially Dr Nicholas Moor, provided me with exceptional patient care on short notice and I would highly recommend Carlingford Epping Surgery.

Depending on the time of day and who you see, there can be a bit of a wait, but all the drs I have seen show a genuine care and aren’t quick to prescribe medication unless there is an actual need

Anna in reception is always very welcoming and Dr Barbara is always very thorough as are all the doctors here. They do not rush you in and out.

I’m torn… I want to keep this place quiet, to myself, but they truly deserve recognition and praise. There are multiple doctors here that are simply exceptional. I’m so grateful to my friend for consistently suggesting 4yrs or so ago that I switch over to them as our “family doctor”.

Their biggest strength is compassion. It is rare these days to find doctors that care as much as these guys do. There have been occasions when my kids and I have gone in for a 15min appointment… and we’ve walked out an hour or so later. We desperately needed help and they generously gave their time and full attention; shared in-depth knowledge concisely; and hunted for further relevant resources. These are the GP’s I’m glad to have as part of our ‘team’.

We’re a family of ADHD/Autistic PDAers so navigating mental health is part of our daily lives, and parenting is challenging. They are respectful and speak to the kids as equal humans. When I leave I breathe a sigh of relief… because I feel supported. No, it’s more than that… they see, they understand, they acknowledge the hard work I’m putting in for my family… I feel valued. Many other practices over the years I’ve felt judged, criticised and disrespected.

This team is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate = simply exceptional.

Searched to find a good reliable practice and this practice has proved to be the best. Doctors are professional and reliable and listen and understand with empathy and care.

I have had the opportunity to visit Dr Zochowski and Dr Moore senior. Both of them are very professional, kind and caring. They are very thorough, both of them are very good listeners and patient. I have brought my husband and children here too because of their amazing service. The ladies at the reception are very kind and courteous. Practices like this are very hard to find!

Excellent Doctors and Michelle was able to quickly diagnose and resolve my problem over the phone.

We took our three year old to Doctor Grace Sun; whom we highly recommend for anyone planning to visit the clinic. She is caring, compassionate, very thorough with her diagnosis and treatment plan.

Got me in same day and the doctor was like a breath of fresh air. She didn't pop me in the too hard basket & kept working through it. If I lived in the area I'd be making her my regular doctor

I have been patient in this surgery for more than 20 years. It is excellent otherwise I would have moved on.

The ladies at the reception were courteous and welcoming. Dr. Boyce is very kind towards my young son and Fiona, the nurse is very gentle when treating him. Thank ever so much.

Excellent service. From the nurse giving me the Covid shot, to the doctor taking time to check in, explain few things and ask if I had any questions.. Even though it was my first time there, I felt they really cared about my welfare.

Took my daughter in to get her Pfizer vaccination done. I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of both the nurse and the doctor that saw us. They patiently answered my questions and gave lots of re-assurance to my nervous daughter. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended!
