MTC Diet & Exercise

Below is a review I wrote a year ago. I have maintained the healthy weight I achieved: Referred to Michael by my GP. Michael is practical, down to earth and very professional. I have achieved and sustained a healthy weight while eating a balanced diet of everyday foods. Could not have done this without assistance.

Mike really helped with my gut issues and ulcerative colitis symtoms.
Detailed meal plans, advice and guidence was very much needed and helpful.
Very knowledgeable.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Seen the guy for 1 visit then he disappeared off the face of planet said he was sick and postponed my appointment, i wasn't available at his next available date ( i was away on holidays, Christmas time) i requested a new date and asked for advice on what to do while i wait. I never heard back from him again, vanished!. I've seen a natropath for the last 6 months, I feel fantastic! I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this guy and his disappearing magic tricks, poor communication.
