Great friendly staff, Easy to organise/change appointments. Just a nice group of people which you don't seem to get much around Bowen any more. Always get good reminders and multiple which help when I'm so unorganised.

Excellent dental appointment. Hubby has had a very successful and positive visit! Dr Michael is a very professional, friendly and educating dentist.

I broke my wisdom tooth and Michael saw me as a new patient the next day. I am one of those people who does not go to the dentist through shear fear.
I am petrified of needles and have a very low pain tolerance not to mention a traumatic tooth removal 25 years ago.
The thought of having my wisdom tooth removed was to say the least terrifying.
I was met at the door by Demi and Michael they settled my nerves and actually made me feel somewhat calmer.
The whole procedure was incredible no pain whatsoever and Demi at my side the whole time. Michael was so gentle and stopped even at the look of me being uncomfortable.
I experienced some pain after the anaesthetist wore off but took the recommended pain relief. I only had to take the pain relief once.
The next day I had no pain no swelling and I was just waiting for the pain to come. It never did. I am two days after having my wisdom tooth out and you wouldn’t even know I had anything done.
Thank you Michael and Demi I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone. You guys were amazing.

Overall, the experience was good, but I have a question: how long does a typical teeth cleaning in Australia take?

Last time, it only lasted 15 minutes and only my front and side teeth were cleaned, not the back ones.

However, the reception staff, doctor, and assistant were very friendly and made me feel relaxed. The place was clean and tidy.

Dr Nav and his assistant Jess were very helpful and very friendly. Great Experience. .
