My Family Dental Bowen

Very happy with dental work I’ve had done recently. Dr Tsering and her assistants were very gentle and caring. I have been going to this dental practice for years and I’m never disappointed. Would recommend to anyone seeking dental work or advice.

I cannot recommend Dr Tsering and all the assistants highly enough. The most precise, gentle and innovative dental work I’ve ever received. She’s given me the opportunity to have the most confidence in my smile and teeth than I’ve ever had in my life!!! Make the appointment. You won’t regret it.

Great customer service. Jess is the best, she has great phone etiquette and always does her best to fit me in or help find a solution, she genuinely cares about the customer and nothing is a hassle. 🙂

Just visited My Family Dental Bowen. What a wonderful experience. DR T was amazing and very gentle in fixing my front tooth, My smile has never looked better thankyou and ably assisted by the wonderful caring Jess. I'm from the Gold Coast but travel frequently to Bowen. I will make them my dentist of choice now.

I went in today for a chipped tooth got an appointment fast and they cared. Had amazing service from Jess, she was so kind and really helped me out. Dentists where lovely as well.

Sat in the dentist chair for the first time in many years. Dr Tsering was awesome. Caring, informative and very gentle. This experience has made me book for additional treatment that I never thought I would have. I am now looking forward to my new smile and I’m excited to see my own progress.

Great dental surgery I have anxiety over the dentist for many years and they have made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I will recommend them to anyone. A special thanks to Jess for helping me with my anxiety and stress while I was there thank again .

My 3 year old duaghter had her first dental appointment Omaha and the team made her so relaxed and gave her a bit of tooth brushing and flossing knowledge. Thank you for making this a painless and enjoyable experience for her. Would recommend for young and old.

I have been to many dentists over time and Barry is by far the best I have been too. He is professional and calming and made my tooth extraction extremely quick and pain free. The dental nurse Jess was so calming and helped significantly with my anxiety! I will 100% not go anywhere else now I have been here.

It has been many years since I have been back. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease by ALL staff. The dentist has explained the follow up I need and the process. I will be booking in my husband. I will be recommending. Thank you very much everyone who works there.

Fantastic care! Got us in quickly when we needed a last minute appointment for our 5yr old who knocked a tooth out and injured two others while on holidays in the area. Thanks to Jess and the lovely dentist who helped us out at short notice and made the experience a pleasant one for our daughter!

Best best best place I've been too. Super scared of the whole dentist situation but here was a completely different story. Very friendly/welcoming staff, super happy with the job that was done - and the price was well under everywhere where I got quoted. Having been a long time patient, always happy with the service that I have received (I am part of a third generation of patients currently being treated - and we travel nearly 5 hour return trip to do so). But a recent interaction with Katy who went above and beyond was exceptional and worth mentioning. Highly recommend Barry and the team.

Honestly have to say this was the best dental appointment I've ever had. The office lady was polite and cheery and slotted me in immediately after I explained I was in pain, The dentist was incredibly kind and gentle and made me feel better about the situation immediately. Barry was beyond fantastic treating my unusual problem last week. He is so experienced, so caring and so thorough! He checked the history of a questionable tooth and his records of it went back more years than I care to admit to. I didn’t think I could get better service than that but I did! After diagnosing salivary gland blockage and prescribing treatment he followed up with a further appointment as well as phone calls. But it was not only Barry giving this great service - his wonderful staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. They are so well trained they help Barry’s efficiency and together they are a formidable team. I almost wish for another toothache!

We were travelling through and staying in Bowen when my crown broke of while eating, after some ringing around I was lucky enough to be seen by the lovely Dr Omana and her assistant Jess. Nothing was too much trouble at all and the service I received was outstanding, and thankyou to Beck the receptionist for fitting me in. They were all so lovely and caring and I would highly recommend this dental practice. Thankyou so much girls.
