We simply cannot thank Alex enough for his knowledge, guidance and service throughout the entire process. Alex simply went above and beyond our expectations, ordinarily agents work for the vendors but Alex listened to our requests as purchasers, his local knowledge of the area was exceptional and he went outof his way to find us the perfect property for our needs. We had had a few issues with Gazumping from another real estate agency who used our above market offers unethically (but legally) drive prices up, but not Alex. Additionally when I was determined to sell the agent told me that I could not sell the property for the amount I asked for. This was despite the market indicating strong growth. The agent offered amounts below my asking price. A friend recommended Alex. This was the best connection. Alex swung into action immediately and suggested an amount that was 40k higher than what I had asked the previous agent. In addition when he looked at the property he advised on a couple of items that required fixing and was very clear on what is acceptable wear and tear. This was different from my previous agent who asked me to undertake large repairs or sell at a throw away price. Alex found a buyer instantly. It appears he has many prospective buyers and creates a good rapport with customers. He is honest in his dealings with both the seller and the buyer. For example he explained the repairs the buyer requested and why these were fair. This is fair to both buyer and seller. Alex communicates promptly and often. He keeps you updated and ensures there are no unnecessary delays. I never had to follow him up at any point. If you are planning to sell your property look no further than Alex.
