Beautiful store, so many products. I got some wool rovings and they are so lovely I will definitely be using their online store for future purchases when I get there and enjoy the gorgeous town of Maldon

I absolutely love thus gorgeous little shop. Looking forward to getting back in person on the other side of lockdown, but so grateful that their online service is just as awesome as their in store shopping

Great for wool ,patch work material and accessories, only place my wife was able to find the wool she needed.

Great wool shop! Small shop but got beautiful good quality wools and all accessories ,patterns and even knitted beanies & scarfs .Friendly and very helpful .

A very helpful shop for those like myself who havent knitted anything for over 20 years!! From choosing my merino wool to getting the right size needles I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Beautiful stock and the staff are so helpful!

My wife drove all the way to Maldon to come to this excellent wool shop. However, the woman serving today was arrogant and condescending. My wife purchased the one ball of wool she needed, and got out of the shop as fast as she could. Knowing my wife, you missed out on additional sales. The assistant wasn’t outwardly rude as such, but spoke down to customers as if they were a hassle to even be in the shop. In the past, the staff have been very warm and helpful.

I don't want to condemn this store but I would think more favorably of it if the site person had stopped talking to her friend long enough to ask if I was happy browsing or needed some help. I did not purchase anything and won't recommend this store for this reason. Very poor customer service.
