Best Fitness First in the Shire. Place always clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and the classes are great.

One of the best layouts I’ve ever trained in.
Plenty of variety when choosing classes from hi energy spin and group exercise and barre attack to yoga and Pilates.
Very affordable membership prices.
If your looking for somewhere that’s covers everything from weights to wellness give them a go.

This is my second home!, place has a great vibe, safe and inclusive. No one is made to feel unwelcomed, doesn't matter if your super fit or just starting your fitness journey, FFC is the best place.
