Absolute pleasure to work with, from the first interaction right up until the move was completed. Luke and Scott were super professional, helpful, and great professionals at their job. We’d loaded up my 2 bedroom flat + kitchenette area and garage things really efficiently and I was super impressed the whole time. They were also really considerate and careful with my more fragile possessions, wrapping things, tying them down and taking great care. Would highly recommend, and will no doubt contact them again if / when I need to move again. Thanks lads! Smashed it.

Brooke was super friendly and got back straight away with any queries.

We are very satisfied with the move of our 4 bedroom by Richards Removals. Ash and Luke were very efficient. We have had many moves in the past and this one was the easiest. We highly recommend their services. Totally worth it.

An excellent company to deal with. Paddy returned calls promptly and kept me in the loop, on the whole process. The movers were both very professional, polite and helpful. Amazingly hard working and fast. The flat hourly rate was also kind to my budget. Much better than any of the other quotes I received. The QLD border closure made moving interstate very difficult for me, but it was not a problem for them. My next move will be with them, too. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend using Richards, they moved me from my home into a storage unit. The two young men completed the move without an issue and in very efficient time. Ash and Jake were very personable and polite. I am using Richards again to move from the storage unit to the new house and have requested these two young gentlemen do the move. I was asked by a neighbour could I recommend someone for their move in January so I of course said Richards.

Pat & brooke are running a very great service here, as soon as I contacted Richards I knew that we were dealing with professionals. Mark & Pat were fast to load our full house hold in minimal time. They kept us in the loop with regards to delivery times, they gave us a 3day window and they were spot on! The guys who delivered it to us in Vic were just as great, top service from start to finish. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for real movers.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - We moved on Saturday, Jake and Faustas were the team from Richards Gold Coast Removals that took care of our belongings. They were thorough, quick, efficient and friendly. It made the move seamless, all the furniture and boxes were placed in relevant rooms, there was no need for us to move anything once the boys left, just to unpack. Jake and Faustas definitely achieved their steps for the day, arising out of the amount of stairs at both premises. From my initial phone call to obtain a quote (no hard sell or pressure to book with the company) right through to end, everyone has been very professional and friendly. I want to commend Jake, Cameron & Faustus from Richard's Gold Coast Removals for the sensational job they did moving my furniture. They were efficient & speedy. My steep driveway & stairs made the job very difficult for them, but they just got stuck in & got the job done.

Matt and his Dad did an amazing job moving us! I was on a super tight budget and Richards Gold Coast Removals had the best price on the Gold Coast - no depot to depot charges; they billed us from our old front door to our new one. I was worried about moving our upright piano and unsure whether to hire a piano removalist. Matt assured me they could get the job done, and our piano arrived safely and still in tune (for an extra $50 surcharge for a super-heavy item - again, the best price on the Gold Coast based on the quotes I received). I'll definitely use Richards Gold Coast Removals again. Thanks guys!

Pat is really responsive kept me up to date. Boys did an awesome job ash and Justin poor fellas has four storey walk up with very heavy wooden furniture and didn't bat an eye lid. Defienetly use these guys for you next more can't recommend enough.
