Luxe Elopements

We got married with Luxe Elopements yesterday in Byron Bay. Now when I tell you the weather was bad I’m meaning torrential rain and massive wind gusts. SJ and the team showed up with a positive attitude with multiple options for us. Ultimately we decided to have the ceremony in our villa and then head to the beach for portraits. Although not our original sunrise wedding plan, SJ and the team literally rearranged the whole entire room into a beautiful setting. Looking back we wouldn’t change a thing!!! Everything happens for a reason and it was perfect. The whole team were AMAZING and add so much value. Professional, fun and adaptable! If you’re on the fence about eloping do it with Luxe! I promise they are worth way more than what their current prices are.

My partner and I got married in Byron Bay earlier this month and it was everything we wanted and more.

The process from booking to turning up on the day was a breeze! In fact, I was at times anxious due to how easy it all was! SJ takes care of it all.

It was a drizzly morning but SJ made it work! She is a pure ball of energy and knows exactly what to do, when to do it and how to do it to make the absolute most of a few hours. She is exactly what you want in a wedding planner and photographer.

Our photos were absolutely beautiful and we got back our entire collection within 24 hours!

I would recommend eloping with Luxe Elopements to anyone.

My partner and I recently had our micro wedding through Luxe Elopements and I couldn’t recommend SJ and her team of vendors more! Unfortunately weather was not on our side on the day but SJ made sure that everything still went smoothly and the vibes remained high. She kept me feeling relaxed and I trusted that everything would be fine with her in control. We ended up having the best time and I couldn’t be more thankful to Luxe Elopements! She also sent through a huge sneak peak gallery within 24 hours full of photos that we absolutely love and will cherish forever.

My partner and I eloped in March in Byron Bay and everything was arranged with SJ from @luxeelopements_byronbay She and the beautiful Leisa @leisaottleycelebrant made the whole process easy and stress free. They did it all from all the legal paperwork and permits to the vendors for the flowers and my makeup artists.
Id seen all of SJ’s and Leisa’s social media posts and knew they would be the ones who would make our day special. The photos just take my breath away, the lighting and the colours are so romantic. SJ went well beyond her duty as a photographer and did have a little mishap in the waves! But carried on with laughs and humor (you are a legend SJ!) Leisa’s words during our ceremony brought is both to tears. I cannot recommend SJ and her team highly enough, if your looking at eloping or doing a micro wedding in Byron Bay way seriously do not look any further, they are the BEST!
Also Nicola from @goddess_makeupdesign what a doll! Turned up at our airbnb at 4am, smile on her face, full of excitement. Kept me calm and my makeup was just stunning .

I discovered SJ whilst researching micro weddings and elopements online and after checking her socials and website we very quickly decided that we were not having anyone else! The ease of EVERYTHING was something I only hoped for when planning a wedding from the information provided , the phone consults and venue , she provided advice on location and after a slight hiccup with possibility there was a surf comp and we would have to choose a new location she took the time to advise alternatives, luck however was on our side and we ended up at the original choice as it was cancelled ! Our timeline was provided early so I didnt have to wait over Xmas break to recieve it and honestly the entire process was seamless anf it honestly felt so easy , so many people commented how I was the most relaxed bride leading up to the day and how could I not be when SJ took care of everything. A team of carefully selected vendors , who are seriously INCREDIBLE !!! Her recommendations on where to stay and what to do and a fb group to chat to other upcoming brides . The day before our wedding arrived the weather was pretty awful and SJ sent a text advising all would be ok . It rained all night and when morning came it was sprinkling and there were some umbrellas on hand and low and behold we had a perfect morning . I was calm , relaxed and knew that even if it rained SJ had us covered which made our day the most extraordinary stress free and beautiful day. From the florals to the arbour and beautiful breakfast picnic it was everything we had envisioned and more, SJ and her super assistant Shari made our day simply magical. Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful well organised and just perfect our ceremony was. SJ engaged with our guests , captured our most special and cherished moments and had sneak peaks up within an he of our ceremony and less than 12hrs after we had a gallery full of photos. There is not one thing I would change or do different about our day and I honestly cannot thank her or recommend her enough! Honestly 5 stars is not enough for how amazing she was ! SJ you are incredible , your team is incredible and you made our day the most magical day that exceeded my expectations and they were already high from all the reviews and photos we had seen! We are truly so so grateful and we both had THE BEST wedding. YOU ARE AMAZING !!! We truly are so grateful for you xxx

My journey from booking to the day of the wedding was absolutely the most chaotic experience I’ve ever had!! It would actually be easier to list the things that went right with the amount that went soooo wrong haha - SJ and her team are seriously like the wedding avengers.

From music links being overridden, to our beach venue being rained out, to a ceremony witness not showing up, and so much more - they were amazing in getting us back on track. Less than 24 hours before our wedding our venue was flooded out and we had to find a new venue. SJ managed to find and secure a new one within the hour - moving everyone over with her. This is something you just don’t get anywhere else, I could not imagine the added stress of finding a private venue available and then also moving every single vendor over all 20 hours before the big day.

Our beautiful musician Samir relearning my aisle song the day before the wedding when the song link got distorted, and my gorgeous makeup artist Nicola trying to soothe my stress while it was bucketing down just hours before our sunrise wedding - truly an amazing group of people. I went to a wedding recently where the ceremony was all of 3 minutes and was so worried we’d have a rushed one as well but our celebrant Leisa just blew us away with her beautiful words and the ceremony was just perfect even with the 3-4 hour micro wedding package.

As a total control freak and a stress head - I couldn’t believe how beautiful everything turned out amongst the chaos. Everyone saying that SJ and her team are wedding fairies is so spot on - trusting the process works!!

Also as a short girlie - be prepared for your bouquet to be as big as you!! Never seen such a beautiful array of flowers in my life for what we paid for the entire experience.

With just 1 phone consult with SJ, she planned our dream wedding.
We had our Micro wedding at Stonehill Estate, in Wooyung.
We had such a stress free experience from the start and the attention to detail on the day was phenomenal.
We received our sneak peak photos by lunch time the following day and they were the most amazing photos we had seen.
Everyone from the Luxe Elopements team went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and we honestly can’t fault anything.
If you are thinking about booking a micro wedding through Luxe Elopements, DO IT - you won’t regret it.
If we could go back and do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!

Our micro wedding was absolute perfection thanks to SJ and the Luxe Elopement team. We shared our vision with SJ, she nailed it! Our special day was better than we could have ever dreamed. The stress of planning, organising and set up was all taken care of thanks to SJ and her hand-picked team. A month after our perfect day and I’m still getting phone calls from everyone who was there going over and over how magical and perfect the day was! I’m never EVER speechless but I most certainly am on how perfect our day was! SJ DIDNT MISS A BEAT!! A few phone calls and a mood board on Pinterest to create the most beautiful wedding, what more could you ask for! I still can’t believe how amazing it was! I don’t even know where to start - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with SJ and her whole team. I was incredibly nervous in the lead up to our big day but they had everything covered and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. From the makeup artist, to the celebrant and musician, they calmed my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. I was honestly expecting there to be atleast one thing that didn’t go to plan on the day, but everything turned out exactly how I envisioned it, in fact it was better than I ever could’ve imagined. Then to top it all off the ‘sneak peak’ we received 24 hours later blew me away even more. SJ is incredible at what she does I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

The most magical wedding fairies!!!! We eloped with Luxe Elopements a year ago and I'm only just leaving a review now.... Could you imagine how I'd go at trying to plan a wedding myself? SJ and the team did an absolutely phenomenal job and I barely had to do a thing - just put together a Pinterest board and filled out a questionnaire and somehow they created a ceremony better than I could have imagined. I have no doubt that if I wanted to have more input, the option was there to do so, however after seeing their work online I was comfortable leaving it all in their hands and was not disappointed. We were lucky enough to have Leisa who performed a ceremony that had everyone smiling and/or crying. We eloped with our immediate family and they all had a great time. SJ's photography captured the day beautifully (her photos which I saw online during COVID lockdowns in Melbourne were the real selling point for booking everything remotely) - memories we'll treasure for life, thank you 💕

SJ is incredible! From beginning to end, SJ was so easy to work with and took the stress out of planning our elopement! What sold me was the packages included flowers and hair and makeup. I can’t thank SJ and her team enough for making our day magical.

Highly highly highly recommend. Sarah Jane and her team are experts in what they do. Planning an elopement from Ireland seemed daunting at first but Sarah Jane had the whole thing under control and was able to create the perfect day for us.

We couldn’t have been happier with SJ and the team for everything they did to make our elopement so magical! We travelled 6.5 hours to have luxe elopements do our wedding and wow it was worth the drive!
From the first phone consult I knew I was in great hands- SJ made me feel so at ease and I’m so glad we got to share our special day with her. Her photos were absolutely incredible as well! Thank you guys so much, your really are little wedding angels!

My husband and I booked the Luxe package for 25 guests through Luxe Elopements for our wedding in November at Stonehill Estate and could not be happier with how everything turned out. Nearly everything was taken care of through our package, taking much of the stress out of planning our big day. We are not local to the area, so having access to Luxe Elopement’s list of contacts was priceless.

Everything turned out even better than we could have imagined, from my bouquet and florals, to our arbour, coordination and wedding photos. Our celebrant Leisa was amazing and put me at ease the whole morning before the ceremony. We added on extra coordination for the day and I’m very happy I did, we didn’t have to lift a finger and everything was run seamlessly.

All our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, I can’t recommend enough! Thank you Sarah-Jane and Leisa for organising such and amazing day for me, my husband and our friends and family. Truly one of the best moments of my life, thank you!
