Incredible experience dealing with Rib & Dust. My boyfriend purchased the 18K gold signia pendant for my 40th. I got my babies palm print (Since finger prints aren't defined enough in young babies) and they were great at guiding me through the process and working with me on what was best. The necklace arrived this week and i absolutely love it. Its an extremely beautiful, well made and solid piece of jewellery - i'll never take it off!! Great item, excellent customer service. Would 100% recommend :)

Simon and Jade demonstrate excellence in their customer service and craftsmanship. Simon has extraordinary talent, I had two custom wedding bands made and was blown away by the quality and detail, 10 x better than I could have imaged when we were discussing concepts. I didn't want generic rings and Simon executed the very specific designs I had in mind while adding his personal touch, we get so many compliments on our rings. Will return to Ribs and Dust if I ever want anything else custom designed.

The quality and craftsmanship of each piece is absolutely incredible. The custom rings make such special and personalised gifts. Despite the incompetence of Australia Post, Simon arranged for the ring to arrive just in time for my anniversary.
