The Learning Sanctuary Park Orchards

Our child has been attending since the beginning of the year. We are extremely happy with the educators and centre. The staff are warm and kind. This has helped our child to develop close bonds with the educators and is reassuring every time with leave them at drop off. We are very happy with our choice!

Amazing, nurturing educators, who show genuine compassion for the children they care for. Both my children have formed great relationships with their room educators, and float staff across the whole centre. Management team is easily accessible and happy to help out with any queries that arise. Very happy with The Learning Sanctuary and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Cannot recommend this centre higher! They are absolutely incredible!
My two girls attend here and my youngest has been there since she was 4 months old and she loves it. All the educators are wonderful and kind. They genuinely care and take a real interest in the children. Rach is a superstar manager and it’s so easy to speak to her about any queries I have.
I’ve unfortunately had bad experiences at two other services and they pale in comparison to the how great this centre is.10 out of 10! Keep up the great work team!!!

There’s not enough wonderful things I can say about this establishment. My son is so loved and cared for by all the staff. Our family feels like we are apart of a bigger family. We are invited and included in all major events as well as kept up to speed on any changing or new matters. They provide wonderful and nutritious meals throughout the day, engaging and social events and my son gets to have hands on education and play. Thank you team for making my first experience at a daycare the best one!

Our daughter started at The Learning Sanctuary at around 11 months. She has been in the nursery room this year and has absolutely loved it. We have had a really positive experience transitioning her to childcare and always feel well supported by all the educators (both in her room and across the centre). She gets lots of wonderful play and learning opportunities throughout her day and we love the daily updates. Her big smile when we drop her off says it all. Highly Recommend.

The learning sanctuary Park orchards have been absolutely amazing throughout our journey. Our boys have been in the nursery room from 6 months which provided such a nurturing environment with a separate sleep area. They have moved up through the rooms where each one has given them the appropriate learning opportunities for their ages and abilities. Our eldest is now doing 4 year old kinder and from what I can see and hear it is the best program going around perfectly preparing them for their next step to school. Ensuring their independence. The educators are all outstanding, caring, knowledgeable, approachable. The centre management and staff are always super responsive for any questions and accommodating for additional days where there is capacity.

Having tried a childcare centre before this one and having visited a fair few, I am so relieved to have found a centre that my eldest child is happy and, in fact, excited to attend. I know she feels valued at the centre and the staff are wonderful. The centre manager exudes this attitude despite the pressures on her and this follows through in the team. My youngest is still a bit sensitive at drop offs (& even pick-up!) but I witness her growth of character from her relationship development each week we attend care. I also enjoy witnessing the variety of curriculum and activities my children experience at the centre as I receive great feedback and updates via the Xplor app throughout the day. As a parent, I feel my voice and opinions are heard and valued as well. I would recommend this centre to everyone without a doubt.

I have been sending my son to the Learning Sanctuary for well over a year now. I don't have experiences with other centres, but I've certainly never experienced some of the horror stories my friends have shared. The team have been great and have really formed a bond with my son.

He loves going and benefits from both the regular incursions and activities. The educators are lovely and have really taken the time to get to know him - I routinely receive email descriptions of his day, and they're so perfectly reflective of my son's personality that I can really see the connection he's formed with them.

I regularly recommend the centre to friends and colleagues and do so without reservation.

We started sending our son to The Learning Sanctuary nearly a year ago.

We have noticed such an improvement in both his confidence and social skills. The staff work very hard to ensure each child's individual needs are catered for. After spending some time in the room with my son, I've witnessed this first hand. They are amazing.

My husband and I look forward to seeing the photos of our son enjoying his day that are sent throughout the day, and reading the daily update at the end of the day.

Special occasions are celebrated exceedingly well, with beautiful keepsakes being sent home that we treasure.

The staff have always made me feel comfortable, encouraging to call and check on my son if ever I needed to without hesitation.

I have no hesitation reccomending The Learning Sanctuary.

The Learning Sanctuary is such a welcoming environment and I could not feel more comfortable dropping off my son. The staff are warm, enthusiastic and responsive and do such a wonderful job catering to all the children's needs and creating an inspiring and stimulating learning space for the children.

My son has been attending The Learning Sanctuary since the beginning of this year (2018) when he was 8 months old. From the beginning we, as a family, have always felt welcomed and supported by the amazing staff. All staff are kind, friendly and open. They communicate clearly and are always able to tell me what my son has done each day, whether he was sad or if there was a special thing that happened. As a parent that works full time I appreciate this so much. My son is stimulated throughout the day with various forms of play that cater to his interest and developmental needs. The educators follow the lead of the child in their activities and planning, and regularly report on his progress. The Kindy Hub app that the center uses is also an easy way to communicate with us throughout the day; especially posting photos of what he is doing throughout the day. We absolutely love the work of The Learning Sanctuary and would recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely love The Learning Sanctuary Park Orchards.. I actually drive 20 minutes out of my way in the morning to take my little boy there..
the staff are so professional and caring towards all the children and it’s so evident when my little boy comes home so happy!
The premises are always so clean and tidy which I’m sure would be a hard task given there are so many children! Keep up the awesome work and thank you for loving and caring for our little man! You truly do carry precious cargo!

I have 3 boys under the age of 5 years and all of them have attended this fantastic Day Care Centre and Kindergarten since the 3 of them were under 2 years of age (I have an elder boy and 2 younger twin boys)
From attending this Centre the boys social skills, emotional development, individual growth and overall learning through play has been phenomenal and more than I ever hoped for.
My eldest son has various additional needs and the Centre administration team and all of its superb Educators, from the Junior and Senior Toddler rooms, the 3yr old Pre-Kinder and 4yr old Kindergarten have all been totally supportive of my son and most importantly to my husband and I, inclusive of him in all aspects.
Having had 3 boys under the age of 19 months it could be challenging to safely get them from the car into the Centre, and back out again when the twins weren’t yet walking. Instead of me having to get the double pram out twice a day for a few minutes transport into and out of the Centre, the team insisted on coming to the car and helping me so no pram was needed. They did this for 18 months, truly Amazing.
When my eldest son recently had a heart operation and was in the Royal Childrens Hospital for 5 weeks, the Centre Management constantly offered to help any way they could. They would send home meals with the twins so that they had a nutritious, healthy and very yummy dinner ready to warm up and eat so my husband and I could have more time to care for our very sick boy in the hospital. Their care and compassion goes beyond what you can imagine.
I live 20 minutes drive away and was not happy with several Centres I looked at closer to home before finding The Learning Sanctuary Park Orchards and I’m so grateful that I did find this true gem!
I can highly recommend this Day Care Centre and Kindergarten from years of personal experience with my three sons attending.

All the educators at The Learning Sanctuary Park Orchards are so committed to the education and support of the children there. I couldn't be happier with not only the support throughout the ever changing COVID environment but the genuine love and care they all provide our kids. They really do feel like an extension of our family!

Educators are friendly and nurturing to my children at the centre. Great communication. My children look forward to going everyday.

My son attends the learning Sanctuary full time and absolutely loves it. The educators are amazing and very professional. The food is great from their 5 star rated kitchen.

Both my kids go here and we love it. All the staff are amazing professionals and great communicators. I go to work at ease knowing my kids are being really well looked after.
