I have visited bump twice, it is absolutely amazing I will continueto use them for all my massages. I would highly recommend Katie as a choice of therapist. The service and inclusions are amazing, i have left both times feeling refreshed and relaxed.

This was one of the best spa/massage experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty). So relaxing and the therapist Astrid knew exactly how to give a relaxing but effective massage that targeted all my aches and pains of pregnancy. I felt so relaxed and on cloud nine and would definitely come back here in the future.

I had the seasonal botanical facial with Tania and WOW! The service was incredibly professional, warm and nurturing. I can’t fault this place and their treatment of me. I felt so respected and my skin felt amazing afterwards. This is a perfect gift for any mumma out there needing some TLC. Tania is fantastic - highly recommend!

Today I had a 1.5 hour massage, I am 27 weeks pregnant and this has been the best day I’ve had in a while for relaxation and pain relief. I walked in exhausted and a bit defeated really needing some TLC... I came out melting and the most relaxed I have felt in a while.

They have not missed anything from the ambience, to the treatment, the post massage relaxation area and of course the amazing women that treat you. Astrid was exactly what I needed, someone calm and ready to make me feel refreshed and renewed!

Highly recommend this for a baby shower gift or for any Mums-to-be needing some TLC! It’s also a great place to go with girlfriends needing a massage as well (pregnant or not).

Astrid was absolutely incredible, she put me into a complete relaxing state which is hard to do trust me. It was an amazing experience highly recommend bump day spa, it was just beautiful start to finish.

Absolutely incredible! I have an allergy which is to an ingredient in many of the products used here. Not only did the therapist go above and beyond to ensure the products she was going to use did not have that ingredient, she also amended the package for me to to take out what she couldn’t offer and add in more treatments to accomodate for those removed. The customised treatment was pure bliss and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated! A big thank you, that was exactly what I needed.

I went here yesterday and my goodness what a fantastic experience. I was so relaxed I fell asleep almost instantly, my therapist made several adjustments in my positioning to help my nausea and discomfort from my third trimester . She was a wealth of experience and kindness and I was so relaxed when I left.

I booked myself in for a treatment at Bump Day Spa last week while we were in Cronulla for a short trip. It was the best decision I've made in a long time! The treatment was absolute heaven (best massage I think I've ever had) and it felt great to know I was in the hands of a trained professional who knew all about pregnancy massage. Every little detail had been well thought through - from the 'Mama' embroidered robes to the pregnancy pillows for propping yourself up on during the massage. The relaxation room I was shown to after my treatment was the cherry on the cake - it was so lovely to sit and enjoy a cup of tea and some snacks while I flicked through a magazine and relaxed for a bit :) Thank you Amy for looking after me so well. Highly recommended!

What an lovely experience! I am so grateful for Hannah’s amazing massage, she helped me switch off, and feel completely relaxed and comfortable! The spa is so pretty and has a chilled out fresh vibe with exceptional customer service. I recommend all women experience this luxurious rejuvenating spa at least once during pregnancy. I walked out of there with a renewed glow and energy!

My massage therapist was lovely and treated me with such respect. The pressure was just what I needed to relax. I enjoyed the tea and biscuits that they provided afterwards as well! It felt like a really nice way to pamper yourself before the baby (or in my case, babies!) come and I think every mumma to be should experience it!

I was fortunate enough to receive a gift voucher for bump day spa and had the most amazing massage by Astrid, she was so lovely, caring and professional. Absolutely the best massage i’ve ever had, I’ll definitely be coming back here :)

Feeling blissful, relaxed and like I’m as light as a cloud. I recommend this spa for all the mamas out there or as a gift for a friend who is pregnant and in need of pampering.

I've had two massages with Kiki, one pregnancy and the other postnatal and on both occasions she did not disappoint!
She has a calming demeanour and is attentive to your needs. She noticed I had sinus/hayfever symptoms flaring up during the massage and was very accommodating switching up the essential oils to help me breathe more easily. I also loved her medium pressure, she got into all the sore nooks and crannies that are aching from breastfeeding. The whole bump experience from start to finish is beautiful.

I cannot reccomend this place enough!!!
I just recieved a 2 hour pamper package and I have no words. I am 34 weeks pregnant and so swollen and sore and tired and I have not felt this relaxed or happy in goodness knows how long.
I had a beautiful foot bath, massage and facial and Tania was absolutely incredible.
Much different to previous massage/ day spas where they want you in and want you out and you know it. Tania was so nice and so gentle and really took her time to ensure I was comfortable and happy. This is 100% worth the drive as I am from the Illawarra and will be back!!!

I saw Astrid for the pregnancy massage and I’ve never experienced anything so heavenly. She made me feel nurtured and special. Thank you! My words don’t even convey just how amazing my treatment was.
