So grateful that Pet Warehouse staff have such good knowledge. My cat is peeing all over the house and the staff member who helped me gave so much experience as she fosters cats and kittens. Gave me heaps of advice and was genuinely interested in helping me. Much appreciated!!

This is my go to pet store, the staff are so friendly and always up for a chat. The fresh meat is great my puppies love their food and their treats. If I have a question they always help with advice if possible. Love the rewards program I get and always helps.
I recommend getting your dog food from these guys.

We go to mega pet warehouse every month to get supplies for our Guinea pigs. Their product quality is amazing with lower price comparing with other pet stores. Really worth buying in bulk ;)

I have been a customer of your store for some time now and I have yet to encounter a staff member who wasn't friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer my questions and provide me with valuable information on how to best care for my pet.
Moreover, they have always been incredibly welcoming to my Cane Corso, Storm, who is a frequent shopping companion. They spoil her with attention, and she always leaves the store with her tail wagging.
I also appreciate that your store is accessible to customers with disabilities. As someone with lived experience, this accessibility is important to me

Super helpful and friendly staff, great range of food and products

Customer service plus an insane range of everything you need for your dog is what keeps us coming back to Mega Pet Warehouse.

I've even had the audacity to go into the store and have the ladies there scold me for not bringing in my dogs, and I totally deserved it. Sherlock and Watson love coming in for a treat, and will be regulars for a long time to come.

I always go to this pet shop when I need supplies, they have everything! Staff are wonderful, and treat my dog Asher like royalty when we do come in 🙏💚

Best prices for Lifewise dog food. They have a, "after every 5th bag, next one is complimentary" which is great. I also buy raw mince for my doggo - lots of variety and fresh. Amazing staff

Our place to go. Extremely helpful staff and our Lilly loves coming here. Staff is always eager to help with both personal and professional matters. Have helped with specific needs for my dog and if something is out of stock, always keep it on hand for us. All but good things when coming to visit.

FANTASTIC! staff member Elise was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. I'm housebound with spinal diseases and did all my shopping both over the phone and one her own choosing which items on my list would best suit my needs and she was spot on!
There were no pushy sales staff wanting you to buy only the most expensive items.

*I can't praise them enough! They have an excellent range of items, fair prices and great staff. What more could you want.

I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Their dog toys are as competitively priced even with online prices. They have a wide range of each product. The staff are lovely and always willing to help and offer advice. Highly recommend.

I've been going to this place since my 2 year old dog was a pup!

My dog loves their raw food selection. There's a lot of great raw food selections, as well as treats and toys for every pet.

The staff has been very friendly to us and we were always treated properly. The one time I came with my pup, he was greeted happily by the staff and was given a nice little treat for behaving properly. :)
