We recently participated in the 5 week puppy preschool course with Steph and it was amazing. She was so calm and helpful and both me and my dog chili learnt so much. Cant recommend enough!

The staff here are wonderful.
We have taken our pup a number of times to weigh him before giving him monthly sentinel and he has always been treated like one of their own pups.
I especially appreciate that the staff ask if he can have a treat rather than presuming it to be ok.
The dog wash is very handy, and there’s a wonderful range of toys, food and beds for all pets.
Will continue to come here as long as they’ll be there

Very friendly service not just in store but also in the vet. They were very accommodating with questions and concerns I had. Our little kitten was well looked after and very happy there while awaiting his new forever home with us.

I was needing very low fat treats for my toy poodle with pancreatitis, and was able to find a suitable product.
We were served by a lovely staff member called Skye, who showed a genuine concern for Jasper.
She advised puppy treats are usually quite low in fat.
She said she would love to know how Jasper goes with the treats, so she can recommend them to other customers who need low fat treats.
So far the treats are great, so I will definitely be back in to get some more, and let Skye know they work well for pancreatitis.

It's the best place I've been for all the stuff I've needed for my dogs and fish.
The staff is really Kind and helpful. You can bring your pets in so they can choose the toys they want.

Our greyhounds use the grooming service once a month each for their nails cut for $15. I can pick-up food whilst dog is being cared for, and all done in 20 mins. Staff are happy to see our pets and always pleasant. Becoming a frequent user of groomer, means cost of food is reduced considerably if a member

I use this outlet at Bayswater on a regular basis, both products and bathing the staff here are great assets to this franchise. I don't go anywhere else.

Friendly staff and great facilities for DIY pet washing. We also take our border collie there for a grooming once a month and she comes out looking schmick!

Staff are always welcoming and ready to help if needed. Been shopping here regularly and had no issues with both in-store and click and collect purchases. They usually have type of cat litter I purchase and also have plenty of cat food options to choose from.

Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff with a good variety of products but they didn't have dog kennels big enough for a German Sheppard, although they said they could order one in and it would be there the next day most likely, plus they'd match any price that other stores sell them for. Unfortunately I was looking to buy one that day but I'll be back to buy food in bulk plus as it looked like they sell quality product/s. I'll most probably get a range of other things once I get my puppy to.
