Katandra Rise Hilltop Park Playground

Simply blown away by the picturesque views it offers of both Doreen and the CBD. The park is perched on a hill and provides panoramic vistas that are simply breathtaking.

Awsome spot. Can see all of Doreen. Has a small playground, half basketball court and a sheltered spot. Down the hill is a workout thingy, and further down is finally the end of the park to some housing.

Amazing park with great views of the city and mountains. I often shoot hoops here on the huge half-court with cows and kangaroos watching on from the pastures behind.

Awesome view of Doreen towards the city skyline. Nice kids playground up there as well.

Great park with the best views of the city, also a basketball court and plenty of paths to walk around. I also enjoyed the park gym sets with my son. Worth a visit!

Wide open spaces for kids to play meeting place for families

Great park but needs toilets

Great view of the city, but it's insanely windy every time we go up (which can be a bit off-putting). The play equipment is probably more suitable for older children, as it's quite high off the ground and not very visually appealing. Even the slide has a pretty steep drop off the end. We've also had problems with magpies swooping our kids recently, even when they're in the actual playground area. However, there's a drinking fountain, an undercover area and several bench seats alongside the basketball court, which is a great space for both kids and adults alike.
