Cute little Malaysian restaurant in St Kilda. Surprisingly to find sarawak laksa here which taste great. Char Kuey Teow taste good as well with smokey flavoured. Popcorn chicken is crispy. Cute interior design.

Lovely staff and owners, awesome beats playing in the background, good authentic Malay & Vietnamese food at a good price! The staff are super accommodating. I asked for extra veg in my dish and when I asked for chili they got me chili oil instead of using sriracha so the taste of the dish wasn’t affected which I was stoked with. I highly recommend trying it for some hawker/street style food. My only wish is for a few more vegan options such as a vegan Vietnamese salad or pho so there are some lighter meal options for veg/vegan. But other than that, can’t fault this place 😊

Really cute little restaurant, the food was delicious and authentic! Lovely staff and great service too :) They even gave us free peanut biscuits after the meal!

Lovely warm atmosphere. Amazing owners and staff who make you feel so comfortable and the best part is the food. Best dumplings in Melbourne. Sarawak laksa just like the one who'd get in Malaysia and must try the char kueh tiaw. All so good.

So lucky that I live around the corner from this place. We had a lovely chat with the friendly owner after dinner and had a gorgeous vegan curry, prawn beef noodle dish and wontons for a reasonable price - we will be back!

The food here is brilliantly good, only surpassed by the friendly staff!
My wife and I were blown away with the quality of the food. The flavor and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding! The service was welcoming and attentive ready with tons of great advice on there menu ( in which I don't think you could make a wrong choice!) I had the pork soup and my wife had the dumpling soup both were terrific! By the time that we were finishing up my beautiful date for the evening was already making plans to visit it again! That being said we are absolutely returning and we would strongly suggest it to anyone in within 50km!

Excellent Restaurant.
Ordered some food yesterday during stage 4 lockdown. The staff was super friendly, food was very delicious, seemed authentic (not the standard stuff you get at other Malaysian Restaurants), portions were generous and came with rice without extra charge!!! Finally a restaurant decent enough to provide some rice with their meals without charging the customer horrendous amounts for this - very commendable.

All in all, extremely positive experience and we will definitely come back here.

What an awesome experience!!! Brilliant food!!! Outstanding service. Fresh, great flavour and with a twist. The owner is a wonderful person who made the food even better with his explanation of the dishes. We begged to tip (and would have tipped generously but the owner refused and instead sent us home with a free takeaway dish to try ...that tasted divine!!! This restaurant is tiny and authentically decorated so it would have been easy to overlook but woe if you do as it would be a shame to miss this gem. Cannot recommend enough

Had such a lovely meal here! Highly recommend the laksa. It's definitely going to be my new local go-to meal. Staff were incredibly friendly as well. Really good local craft beer on offer too

There needs another star I give 6. The Best food I have been able to locate in Melbourne, Great hospitality. A perfected menu Asian Fusion. The first time I went to Little peddler, I returned in person or ordered online almost everyday for the next 4 to 6 months. Can not rate Little Peddlers high enough.

You won't be disappointed. So fresh, so delicious and there are a few different twists on some of the dishes which make them all the more unique and tasty. Awesome service, large portions and great quality at reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back :)

Great little restaurant! great little set up. Food was fantastic and had great vegetarian options. Prices are reasonable and portion is great. Staff are very accommodating and very friendly...! Will be going back there again for sure...

Had dinner there and ordered a Laksa. The chef came out and explain to me that it is not a curry Laksa with coconut milk but one with just spices. I was willing to give it a go and I was not disappointed. Light textured soup with thin noodles and prawns chicken and pork crackling

The staff are lovely and the vibe is indistinguishable from a Hawker hall/Asian street food vender. The Hokkien mee is honestly the tastiest Asian dish I've had in Australia! Have recommended this restaurant to all family and friends regardless of the cuisine they are going for. On writing this review I am craving the dish and will be going back there again tonight, love it.

Excellent LOVE IT!

I had an excellent meal. Committed owner and chef serving unique eastern Malaysian food. On a hot night had the laksa and it hit the spot. Good selection of craft beer.

Authentic Malaysian cusine, great atmosphere and music for a cosy place.

Haven't eaten inside but have had take-away and delivery a number of times. The food is outstanding. Delicious, mouth-watering, authentic flavour.

I am kicking myself that it took me so long to visit Little Peddler. We had the wings, popcorn chicken and Hokkien Mee. Everything was outstanding and the service was friendly. Can’t wait to go back & try the Laksa.
