Supercheap Auto Bayswater

Been coming to this store since it opened. Watched a reasonable turn over of staff with different levels of training however they now have a very help, friendly, polite and punctual lady called Abbey. She has gone out of her way to help me with tricky orders and miss matched parts.
I have been quite impressed by her customer service skills and professionalism along with an extensive memory for parts and fluids for different vehicles without checking the system or guessing and sending one down the garden path

I bought an Air filter to my Mitsubishi Outlander and tried to fix it by myself. But I couldn't do that even though I checked some vedios from Internet. I thought it was the wrong part number given to me and came to the store to have it exchanged. The manager (I think he is Steve) was very helpful at that time and he was able to fix it after doing a hard work during the hot weather condition, which is excellent. I would say, we need this type of customer service from all other brand retailers. Thanks Super Cheap, you are " Super", not even from the price, but from the service too.

Haylee showed her ability to find the right parts for my wiper refill just by looking at the wiper. At the same time, she also shared her knowledge and skills with her colleague about how to change the wiper insert properly.
This indicated that Haylee is ready to become the next future leader in the industries.

Have been served by a young lady Abbie at Bayswater a few times now every time she has been amazing her customer service is wonderful and she knows her stuff and is very helpful

Had to get a new battery, Amy at the till recommend several, spoilt for choice,was even price matched, it was fitted within 20 mins by a lovely young man, all extremely helpful.

Easy to find what I needed at a decent price. Store has recently received a bit of an update so nice open layout and plenty of stock.

Great store with extensive range of products, staff friendly and had our click and collect order ready to go, very helpful with advice on product purchase, not near my home but worth the drive for the service recieved

Amazing customer service! These guys went above and beyond they're job descriptions to help me out. Even gave me a cold bottle of water on the way out, knowing my mate and I were off to fix my mates car in the heat on a 36'c day. Thanks guys!!

This store has a great feel to it as soon as you walk in the door. The variety of products they have in stock is unbelievable and they always seem to have that item you need that is out of stock in the area.

For such a large store, it's been kept spotless. I'm not sure what gives you that feeling whether it's the hand sanitiser at the front door and all the checkouts and service desks, or whether it's the colours used in store with a basic flooring or the fact that there's so much room to move around with really high ceilings but it feels very open and clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had no issues picking up my click and collect order after looking around for a little bit.

The new guy was helpful, he asked experienced staff for product advice. Every staff member worked as a team. Product was put on hold for me at another store. Prices were really good and stock quality has improved over the last ten years. Happy to go there every time. Gender diversity is good. Older staff if employed would balance out the team.
