We had an awesome chat about music and he even gave me tips to help restore my headlights and I’m so pleased to share the finished product of my DIY job.

Always fantastic help and service from the people here at the Bayswater North store. If you need some expert advice, just ask the staff for the staff member who has the most knowledge in the area you seek assistance with. They are always quite willing to venture into the carpark and look at your vehicle and guide you with the correct methods and products. Cheers Chris and others.

I had a fantastic experience with the staff/installers at this store who fitted a new car stereo and door handle to my daughters car. They were all great to deal with and the whole process went very smoothly. Thankyou so much for doing such a good job and you should all feel very proud of the service you offer.

Great experience with this store and esspecially Ken who spent over an hour with me understanding my car audio needs and swapping audio stories. Great guy and really knows his stuff. I was going to purchase a unit cheaper online but have decided to buy in-store purely because of Ken and his outstanding customer service.

I found Ken very helpful and knowledgeable, both in the initial purchase of a new digital media system, and also when I came back with a problem. My friend and I installed the system ourselves, and missed a grounding wire. Ken very helpfully got things working without a fuss. Very happy with the service provided.

My Mini Cooper battery died, asked supercheap auto and repco both not help to fitting the new battery to my car, Autobarn bayswater team are so professional that helped me to get the right battery and fit it in. It's a time consuming job for replacing the battery in Mini. Thanks for your great work

I have now dealt with this [Bayswater] business twice. The first time to install a Reversing Camera, and the second to replace and install a multi-function car radio into my Getz.
My first visit was simply to enquire about the types of [suitable] Reversing Cameras and an approximate cost for installation. Unfortunately, the young salesperson I spoke to at that time was not overly knowledgeable, but I did walk away with a better idea of what I could buy and the total cost.
When I returned the second time, I was directed to another [older] salesperson who actually did know about the products and I was happy to organise the purchase and install there and then.
I was given a booking date, time and an approximate time-frame for the installation.
All went well. I was very pleased with the quality of the installation—very professional!
Based on the standard of customer service and the quality of the install, I returned some months later to have my [inoperable] car radio replaced.
Once again the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable about car radios and I was given an installation cost. (Same booking process as for the reverse camera.)
Unfortunately, the given install time-frame was longer than I had been advised. I was told that the installer was experiencing unforseen difficulties; I could live with that.
Any disappointment I felt because of the delay was easily dismissed by me because of the actual installation—it 'exceeded' my expectations. Once again, to my (fussy) mind, the install was also excellent!
In both cases, the end result was that I felt these installations could have been viewed as 'factory standard'.
I would definitely recommend this [Bayswater] company should you require a reverse camera, or multi-function car radio installed at reasonable cost.

Had some dilemmas with my ute. Called around to try an get my car fixed as it wouldn't run with the aftermarket head unit I installed., had a great understanding with the knowledge Ken had to provide to have my car back to road worthy! Great communication. An price. Will be back for more work in the later future.

I had a light bar fitted to my Navara Ute which it has come up a treat! Chris gave me ideas on how to mount it as discreetly as possible and credit to Ruth who stayed back after hours, so it would be ready for me to collect the next morning!

I was needing a replacement on one of my headlights, Monique was brilliant to deal with very helpful & professional.She had a look at my car, got the globe I needed then changed it for me.Was great to go somewhere & actually get great customer service 10 out of 10 Monique at Autobarn Bayswater.

I Purchased my new Pioneer head unit from AB Bayswater branch and Ken was outstanding. He’s the guy to speak to if you need info and great customer service. I’m very happy.
