Went to my local post office to get my passport renewed. It had expired. Wonderful service. Quick, efficient and pleasant. The young man who took my photo was patient till we got it right and explained everything to me. So happy. Also it's such an advantage having a Post office that trades on Saturday. Can not praise them enough. I was in and out in no time. Will be coming here for life. Thanks for your amazing service.

The mature man with grey hair and glasses who works here is kind and helpful. He told me to stop the delivery driver from leaving who was parked outside so my parcel wouldn’t be waiting until tomorrow. The other staff here are not helpful EVER, I wish I had his name as he delivers old school service!

Staff have helped me with all manner of forms and details about posting parcels, forwarding mail and advice on best ways to post. Very helpful and obliging. Not terrifically smiley, but I like the good efficient service.

A very good post office to go to. Staff are quick and prompt with service whenever i have been there. A lot of elderly people go in there and take ages at the counter so if you are in a hurry, go to another post office because the line will be long.

Surprised at the other bad reviews. I go in there hand them my card they give me my cheep Chinese electrical items I purchased on eBay in a damaged box. We both smile and laugh at the size 10 foot print over the international shipping labels and fragile sticker. Its not them though he wears size 12. So I am now sure it’s those pesky guys at the distribution centre.

Had an amazing experience on Sunday with a lady who took my passport photo. I was in and out within 5minutes! Couldn’t believe it. When I asked if I could bring back my 4month old baby for their passport photo the following day she said it wasn’t a problem. I arrived the next day and was told by someone else “we don’t take baby passport photos because they are too hard to get the photo”.
