Wow, what can I say except Vermont South McDonalds has more than surpassed my expectations. Hot and fresh food that came quickly, calm atmosphere and amazing service, especially a tall brown girl with shiny black hair and braces who had lovely customer service. Will be coming back soon😊

We are regular visitors to this McDonalds in the mornings. Big shout out to Ryan, he is always courteous to everyone and he also makes a good coffee and hot chocolate! Keep up the good work!

I started coming here due to another maccas in the area having poor service. This McDonalds has the best staff! The staff are always polite and caring. They never try to rush you through the drive-through, unlike other McDonalds. When you go in the morning to get coffee you sometimes get a suprise free maccas cookie on your coffee, it always makes me smile. Well done 👏

This morning, we had 2 coffees at this McDonald's. When with surprise, there was a cookie on top. Below was written KEEP BEING YOU ♡ secretly. Also the staff here are all kind and smiling.

One of the nicest maccas I've been to. For a quick fill up or drink, it was great.

The drive-thru speakers are super loud; my service person sounded like she was screaming at me. I had to wind up the window so my brain could recover from the assault and process what was being said to me. I could clearly hear the other service person through the second drive thru speaker too. Mentioning this when I paid, I was met with an indifference to a known problem. Please adjust the volume of the speakers and ask staff to speak more softly in the meantime; how hard can it be? Also, I received a bacon muffin, instead of the sausage one I ordered. Reality is that I'm just a whinging middle aged man who should accept that the store is managed by a millennial called Meh and then i should move on with my life. Five stars.

Best maccas in the area by far. This is the only maccas I'll ever go to and not be disappointed. Fresh chips, fast service and amazing coffee. Highly recommend this restaurant.

McDonalds I can guarantee the coffee is hot and how it should taste and the food is always good !! Keep up the good work .

Great service here. A couple of things were missed by accident on our large order for a big family. I was able to quickly speak with a staff member who was very friendly and quick to sort it out.
Of course, this is a good spot to go for a bite in a pinch with kids so they can burn off energy in the playground.

10/10 best McDonald’s in Melbourne. Always hot chips and good salt ratio. Solid mcchicken with the right amount of sauce. What more could you ask for? Going to miss this place as my boyfriend is moving away from here

Classic Maccas, convenient location and plenty of seating

Modern recent refit style McDonald's with Mc Cafe and Playground. It's located in quite a busy area so parking might be tight especially in the drive thru area which can get quite congested with people driving through and trying to exit the car park. When I visited late afternoon weekday it was quiet and we were served quickly. Meals were delivered to the table and were hot and fresh with crispy chips. Staff who served me was cheerful and smiling, especially the Barista who made our coffees, which were excellent. Toilets were very clean and everything worked. Our orders were delivered directly to our table which was a nice touch!

The food was quick. Out the order correct first ok. They even gave my child a cup of iced water for free
