I purchased some balloons for my son’s 10the birthday and one large foil had popped and you went above and beyond to remedy the situation on a public holiday when you did not have to. AMAZING! Such a great selection of party supplies in store too. Would not bother with the bigger places, this local has it all delivered with a smile and personal touch.

The staff are very welcoming and tend to all your needs with such care and effort! They were able to help me create the perfect decorations for my 21+1 party and they looked incredible! These guys are awesome! Cheaper and way better range of helium and foil balloons than spotlight or most other party shops and they were so lovely and happy to help last minute! The 30th balloon arrangement looked so good it really made my sisters birthday, they looked amazing and the balloons lasted for a week! Great prices too! Highly recommend this great little local party shop in Vermont Sth shopping centre!

Awesome customer service. This is the third time I have used these guys for a delivered balloon arrangement for a special event. They would have to be the most helpful and friendly people I have dealt with. They go above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with the final product and the deliveries are always on time. Tony and Janine are always so helpful in creating ballon arrangements for small birthdays and big parties and celebrations. You can view all the different ballon designs and arrangements on their iPad and they have a lot of experience so have great advice for color and size options for your event. They helped make our covid birthdays special. They are our go to ballon/party experts. Would highly recommend this small family owned business.
