Bupa Aged Care South Morang

Our Mother has been at Bupa since early Feb and we have been extremely happy with her care the staff are absolutely lovely to all the residents and we feel confident that our Mothers well being is a priority always

I am so grateful to the staff at Bupa Aged Care South Morang for taking such good care of my grandma. It is such a quality, warm and friendly place, and they handle different situations with such care and professionalism. Thank you so much to the team there for what you do.

I am currently resident at South Morang been her for 2 and half years and very happy to be part of Bupa South Morang family. Here Staff really are capable of taking care of resident who need more care in daily life. Staff are very friendly. Good choice of food, chef is very good particularly giving attention to types of food (E.g. Diabetic food). Bupa provides their own pharmacy making sure resident gets all the medication on time. Grateful that I can see my family whenever I want and enjoy gardening at their big garden. I Highly Recommend this home.

My mother has been a resident of Bupa South Morang for well over 3 years. The service provided by them has been priceless and extremely profession as well. It's a fantastic feeling to know that my mum is cared for and also making her feel at home. Our mother moved into Bupa South Morang eight months ago. My brother and I are so happy with the professional care and attention she is receiving. All staff demonstrate a real commitment to fostering positive relationships with the individuals who reside there. Maintaining the good health and well-being of each person is a priority. I visit frequently, and see a workplace that is happy and supportive of its staff; many of the carers/nurses have worked at this aged care home for many years, a testament to the positive workplace culture that exists there, and the continuity of care that enables. The home itself is very well presented and extremely well maintained; a comfortable, cheery, safe place for all residents …. some of whom have resided here for many years. I can highly recommend this aged care home.

The staff at Bupa South Morang are amazing! My dad has lived there for many years. My family is extremely satisfied with the care that they have provided to him. Communication between staff, residents & families is open and honest. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, not like a clinic or hospital type setting. Dad has Alzheimer's dementia. They have engaged him and tried to keep him active throughout his illness. It's an inclusive environment. Don't hesitate to go look around. A massive thank you to everyone there. I am Mahsa Goodarzi.I am a student had placement at Bupa South morang and staff there had thought the value to care to residents. I learned a lot from them and developed my passion in providing the best care to elderly people by helping them to make their valuable time daily. Anyone who need 24 hours care , I will recomend Bupa South morang to be the place as I see how they give care to everyone.

We are extremely satisfied with the care Bupa has provided for my mother that is wheelchair bound and mentally disabled for the last 5 yeRs. The staff is very caring and understanding . Most of the nurses and carers worked here for a long time.

I am more than happy with Bupa Aged Care South Morang. They take excellent care of the residents. Especially in this stressful Covid 19 time. They provide a safe and well controlled, well managed environment. My mother does not speak English at all, but this is not problem. The friendly and careing staff are always there to support her. I feel my mum is part of the Bupa South Morang family. They provide a very friendly and welcoming home.

I have my brother in this care home for the last 6 years. We as a family are very pleased with the service and care provided to my brother by this aged care home. staff have been really good. we highly recommend this care home.

I have been happy with Bupa from the first day that l went to inspect the palace in Thomasthown.
As l was walking around the place l got a warm and friendly feeling from the staff that l felt good to leave my Dad there as his second home .
Now my Dad is in South Morang l was so worried about him settling down there but l shouldn’t have worried at all again l am very impressed with the staff there there compassion and care is beyond words and again the place gave me a homely filling
When l go home l don’t fill bad leaving my Dad there because l no he is being looked after

Great service, staff very caring and professional. we have our grandfather there since last year. he is very happy with the care at his new home.

My grandfather in law has been living here for seven years. He now calls it home and has a lovely relationship with a couple of the workers. Sue Smith has been an absolute angel to our grandfather and we have nothing but trust in the way she cares for him.

Smriti and her team are absolutely AMAZING, they have been nothing but supportive and welcoming with my dad. Cannot thank them enough for helping dad settle in
