Ringwood Family Medical Centre

First time to visit this clinic and I am impressed. Friendly receptionist and I liked that as I was a first time patient a nurse checked my blood pressure and asked me questions about my family history. At other medical clinics I usually need to feel out a long form of questions. I got a great vibe at this clinic. I went there today for a skin check and the doctor make me feel comfortable was very professional.

This is my first time here and the experience was wonderfully pleasant.
From the reception both on entry and exit, the customer service was flawless.
Dr Ridzwan has excellent bedside manners. He was very professional, easy to relate with and discuss my medical issues and treatment plan.

Over the years that I visited this Medical centre I found it to be manned by great doctors,the nurses are good too. When you go there there is lots of underground parking,and is accessible by wheelchair.

Polite and friendly staff. All the GPs at the clinic are really good. Getting an appointment is sometimes hard but they try to accommodate as much as possible.

Overseas internet appointment failed. Unable to receive consultation. Administration staff assisted me to attend another appointment without issue. Great assistance and service. I love this clinic. .

Ringwood family medical is the best medical center around Ringwood area. They have really good and professional doctors especially Dr Akshay.

Honestly the best practise I have ever been to. Dr Nima and the whole staff go out of their way to conduct a complete health assement and care plan. Their dedication and has been pivotal to my chronic disease management and isolating the root cause along with treatment.

I've rarely go to a gp and haven't been in a while. My past experiences with gp's has been quite negative due to practitioners being dismissive.

But I saw Dr Alex Toh.
He was very friendly, listened to my concerns, asked questions, took notes and checked me over the problem area.
Explained where his concerns are and what he thinks the issues might be and gave me a referral for scans.

There's a lot of clinics with average or bad reviews.
In my experience so far at this clinic the doctor was amazing and the reception staff friendly, and welcoming.

RFMC are super easy to deal with. Really loved the staffs attitude and concern for all their customers.

I visited this clinic for the first time, Dr Akshay was very kind and listened to my concerns. The receptionist was lovely and I will definitly go back if I need a doctor.
