First time at this clinic today. Modern space. Great reception staff. Dr Bala is fantastic. Thorough, caring, informative, and friendly. Wonderful woman's health GP. Highly recommend.

A great practice. My family sees doctor Bala and I always leave feeling appreciated and cared about and informed. I just took my 6 week old there for her check up and first round of immunisations. The nurses and reception ladies there are also wonderful. Don’t change!

The reception staff are warm and friendly. My doctor is thorough and very approachable on any subject. The best clinic by far.

Love the experience I got at this clinic. I came here 2 times, had appointments with dr Chen. Dr Chen is very attentive and careful, trying not to make me too worried and explaining everything clearly. The ladies at the reception are also very welcoming and nice everytime. Will recommend this clinic to my friends.

Very smart, empathetic doctors. Even the registrar, Dr. Marianne Tait is amazing and she bulk bills. Reception are great aswell: always answer the phone and know what they’re doing.

A last minute request for a telehealth appointment to obtain referrals was very professionally handled by the receptionist. And Dr Rebecca Chen was very helpful (as always) and provided me with everything I requested without delay. I feel fortunate to be a patient with her.

It's quite rare these days to be fortunate enough that your local clinic is as efficient and professional as East Ringwood Clinic. Unlike other horrid waiting rooms where you sit around for over an hour to be called in, myself and my family have never waited for more than 10 minutes. The rest of the times it's been right on time when I've been called in. My GP is fantastic. She actually listens and is empathetic. I walked out of there today feeling really good thanks to the care I received during my consultation. The ladies at the desk are marvellous. They really do care about the patients, an example of that being their follow up calls. If for example you've forgotten to pick up your pathology referral from the desk, they will call you a few times until you come and get it. The waiting room is pristine. Shiny and clean. Seating is covid safe, and there's a nice tv to watch, but not for long, because the doctor has called you in :) There are also pathology and other allied health professional services the clinic offers. Handiest thing of all, is they're all in the same place. I'm so thankful my local clinic is as professional as East Ringwood Clinic.

Ladies on reception are always very helpful.
Dr Ziccone is always very pleasant and understanding. His medical knowledge is second to none.
