The pharmacy is very helpful with EScripts and very friendly staff particularly Lenny who takes a personal interest in your health care needs. They have a delivery service done by a wonderful friendly man named John. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your health care needs.

A very caring and personal pharmacy despite how busy it may get. Lenny, Stephanie and the team are so professional and it is a value for money Chemist. I still travel to them even though I have moved away from the area.

Eastfield pharmacy are truly customer focused. They go over and beyond to assist. Even during the busiest times through Covid they held it together and supported their local community.
I travel past 3 suburbs to visit this Pharmacy and well worth the drive. Low Medication pricing and their genuine care for the customer. They have hundreds of customers and yet they still remember my name to say hello. Well done Stephanie, Rachel, Lenny, Stephen and all the rest of the staff.

This is a 5-star rating for their phone delivery service. I called them up yesterday as they advertised delivery from their website; we're all isolating and needed some non-prescription items. The person over the phone was a delight; they put together the order, were patient with my brain fog, took payment by card, and the package was dropped off two to three hours later, with a lovely personalised well wishing message. All this without a delivery fee.

Note: I do not want my takeaway message here to be that the rating was dependent on being delivery fee-free; if anything, I would encourage the pharmacy to adopt one for general copay consumers (i.e., people without a concession card/CTG). As a hospital pharmacist, I understand many community pharmacy provide services free of charge, and would say the delivery service provides significant value to consumers even if they adopted a small, Uber Eats-or similar-styled model.

I've been going to this fantastic pharmacy for more than 2 decades and even though I now live about 45 minutes away, I continue to travel to this pharmacy whenever I need any
anything....Lenny, Stephanie, Yen & Michael always ensure you are treated as their only customer. Their service and particularly, the very short time in which all of the pharmacists dispense prescriptions, is better than any other pharmacy I've ever been in. All of the staff are kind and very helpful. The fact that I choose to use a pharmacy which is a 90 minute round trip shows how much they care. Fantastic service and caring for me as a valued customer, ensures that I will always use them. I can't rate the staff at Eastfield Pharmacy highly enough.

Theres a nice sleak collection of flu tablets , sleeping tablets ; just the basic staples to assist with any ailment of any kind.

The price needs to be reduced significantly I feel.

The shop front is small in perimeter but the customer service is fruitful.

I have been using this family owned & operated pharmacy for many years since I moved to Croydon. I have nothing but praise for their friendly & efficient service. Who needs to visit a doctor when you have Lenny, Michael or Stephanie.
