I have seen Dr Phiri for many years and I cannot recommend him enough, he is caring, thorough and very helpful!

I have been to see Dr Ruben Phiri for the last 3 years. He has been excellent for me and my family, his attention to detail is exceptional!!

Narousha and Reuben are highly educated specialist GPs. It’s quite hard to get in now but I have no hesitation recommending them.

I have a close relationship with my GP and feel like I can talk with him about anything, as with the rest of the staff and amazing receptionists too

Merrindale Medical Centre has been my healthcare provider for a number of years now, and have to commend them on their service, professionalism and commitment to looking after my healthcare needs.
Dr. Phiri takes the time to hear you, and understand what your concerns are before giving you his treatment plan. Unlike other doctors who rush you in and out, Dr Phiri has always taken the time to listen, respectfully and patiently, without judgement.
The staff are also wonderful, always happy to find an appointment suitable to my needs, and their pleasant manner makes it a positive experience every time I call.
I would highly recommend this medical practice if you may be considering a change in doctors, as great ones are getting harder to find.

Both Merrindale doctors are very thorough and caring in meeting the needs of their patients. I usually see Nirosha and she couldn’t be more helpful and considerate in ensuring I remain in good health.She always takes time to listen and advise.

Turned out to be a wise choice : When calling for a booking, staff is always very friendly, professional while still competent and diligent.
All made easier because we've always found Dr. Phiri to be very personable, caring, non-snooty and efficient.

dr phiri is a phenomenal doctor, he has helped me at my lowest and has never made me feel unheard, which has been rare for me as a woman booking a male gp. dr phiri has also listened to me have a sook and never complained which is also very rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients wellbeing.
merrindale have been seeing my entire family since they started operating and i wouldnt change doctors. even the receptionists are lovely and remember me even if its been months between check ups. this clinic is fantastic and extremely helpful for any kind of illness or ailment.
