I highy recommend Auto Surplus. I had to replace outer tie rod ends on my Toyota Coaster while in Melbourne between Xmas and new year. These guys were the only place that had stock available and they were most helpful. The price was also lower than anyone else.

Hello everyone I'd like to talk about my experience with Auto Surplus. I'm a car enthusiast and I buy a lot of parts for all of my projects. I typically place online orders, which is very different from buying in person. However, I had the opportunity to stop by this store for an exchange since I had bought these parts 4 months earlier, and I was completely floored by the level of customer service I received. Considering that I already made the transaction awhile back, I wasn't even anticipating anything. Amazingly, Marcus and the crew went above and above to see that I had the assistance I required. Since it has been too late, WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND, I honestly expected to hear that. , It has been a very long time since I have experienced such excellent service. Please stop by the store to check out the wide variety of components available, as well as the large warehouse and range of parts that are available to keep our antique classic cars on the road. Thank you Marcus and Team, will definitely return again:)

Just ordered some obscure ball joints for my Toyota Corona MK2. Didn't have the exact brand item in stock, corrected the order, adjusted the price, shipped and delivered to Perth in 24 hours. Very impressive service.

We all know getting car parts in a hurry can be a pain, but Dean and Auto Surplus showed that doesn't have to be the status quo.

I order on a Saturday and didn't realise I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part until after making payment. I emailed them Saturday evening hoping they would see my email before posting the order. I had a reply back Monday morning advising that they changed the parts over on the order. Had the parts in hand in Brisbane by Lunch time the next day.

Will definitely be a return customer. Very responsive and hassle free service. A++++

All sorts of odd parts for old bangers. Great place. Just found me some NOS Austin valves which will be remachined to go into a 1940 Triumph 5SE motorcycle I am doing up. And some rings for the Gold Star piston going into it. Bernie and the crew always try to find something to help your resto along. And the price is always reasonable.

James supplied me with a new fuel pump dirt cheap, when I had troubles with my car after installing it I talked him through my troubleshooting and he happily suggested to send a replacement pump as it seemed that may be the problem. When I confirmed the next day the pump was fine he happily arranged for the replacement pump to be returned to him from the logistics company as he already sent it off. he was extremely patient and helpful; through the entire thing and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Ordered some ball joints for my vintage Mazda van through Auto Surplus. Not only were they the cheapest listing for the part on eBay, they arrived in the mail the next day! Very efficient!

As a classic car owner AutoSurplus have been an incredible resource over the last several years while working on two projects. For Rootes Group Cars it can be tough to find people with the time, knowledge and parts to help, but the team at AutoSurplus have always been very helpful and I have always been surprised at the (sometimes obscure) parts they have in stock that I need for my classic cars that I haven't been able to source elsewhere. I have everything posted from Melbourne to Brisbane and parts have always arrived perfectly packaged and safe!

These guys are really friendly, well organized, and have a lot of rare and hard to get parts, many of which are obsolete elsewhere. Highly recommended. I'll deal with these guys again.
