7-Eleven

My sibling and I went to this 7/11 on Monday 27th of February at 9:40 and the man who worked was super sweet! I see him a lot and always think ‘wow, this is such great service’ but never manage to remind myself to send a review. Coffee is great but customer service is even better!!

The lady hostess is just hopeless and not suit service jobs. I never saw her smiles.

Had the worst experience ever. Lady literally yelled at me. I went there around 1:20 on 25/04/2024. There were signs on the unleaded 91 but one of the signs turned right in the corner possibly because of the high wind so the sign was not at all visible so I pulled the handle and saw the sign, I tried for a minute or so to put it back but couldn’t so i put it on the floor to get staff assistance and inform them that If they can help in a mean time staff member Rohini came yelling towards me “can’t you see the signs, there are sigs everywhere” while I smiled at her to ask for help she yelled this over to me rolling her eyes twisting her head like she is speaking to her worst enemy ever. Her voice of yelling was worst. I don’t want to say the customer must be treated like a guest. But these are basic manners to have politeness in a voice or offer help instead of yelling at public.

this morning i be there for petrol，when go at $7.50 they cut off it. ask me to take off my hood.i feel be offened，paid fee and go.i want say this is a good country ，people can go anywhere with any tpye of clothing right？some of kids do not pay with hood ，do not means all the people can not get petrol with hood. u can choose do not do 7-11 but plz do not screw my lovey morning

Staff were friendly before not anymore . Sometimes you wonder who gave them the job no customer service at all ! Oh well I am only there for cheap fuel next time I’ll act the same .

Worst 7 eleven in Melbourne. Never any diesel or 98/95 in the pumps. Frustrating when coming out of busy traffic then having to re-enter it again. Use another servo this one is useless.

Has the 7-Eleven Bayswater petrol station at 254-300 Canterbury Rd, Bayswater North VIC 3153, Australia closed down?

Literally the most expensive servo in Melbourne! Fuel price is about 40c more expensive than surrounding servos. Today 2.20 for 91 wheras you could drive to heathmont and pay 1.88 per litter for 91.

Coffee machine always seems to be broken or out of milk or needing tray emptied. Bins inside or around the store never seem to be emptied. Cleaning the coffee machine area never seems to be a priority. Staff seem to charge you for stuff you didn't buy. Won't be shopping there anymore, clearly the store isn't interested in happy customers or money.
