Relaxed atmosphere under large trees in this awesome beer garden. Had the Ploughman’s Platter with sourdough, cold meat, cheese and pickles and it was the best meal I've had during my entire stay in Tassie.... Great place for lunch.

What a beautiful pub. Tastefully decorated with old wooden furniture, stunning stained glass and antler decorations on the walls. It is definitely more restaurant quality than pub. Food was out of this world and friendly service to go with it. Our wine glasses were old fashioned crystal glass. That was a nice touch.
We will be back.

One of our favourite breakfasts in Tazzy. The food was very well presented and it tasted as beautiful as it looked. Staff were very warm and friendly and the atmosphere just takes you to another space in time.

Just had a drink, a beautiful pub in the beautiful village Evendale.

Called ahead and booked a table outside for the family with our dog. Stunning setting under the trees, with a blackboard for kids to draw on, loads of grass and chickens in the coop to admire… Very friendly staff and cracking food -try the mussels!

Oh, such a gorgeous, welcoming, and upscale country pub. I could have dined here every day for a week if I'd stayed in Evandale. Highly recommend!

I have been a couple of times, years apart, and highly recommend the Clarendon Arms.
The menu is pretty broad, and the food is nicely presented and very tasty.
The feel inside is olde world and warm.

Wow. What a find. Stumbled across this place whilst seeking out a quiet spot for an afternoon glass of wine. Quirky and eccentric we wandered around the renovated rooms and ended up staying for dinner. Definitely not pub grub rather more fine dining and we were not disappointed. Flawless service and really well thought out food cooked perfectly. So glad we found you!

Stunning traditional English style pub with the most amazing beer garden! We decided to stop in on the way to the airport and so glad we did. Great craft beers on tap and the grazing platter whilst probably meant for one was certainly on the mark for the two of us. Can't wait to come back for a meal!
