Great spot to cool down at.

Plenty to keep the kids occupied as well. Nice calm spot in the water as well for swimming and paddling. Some bit of a sandy beach there as well.

Fair amount of parking though narrow road at the end coming down.

Evidently, it is a shadow of what it used to be, but it is still a lovely spot to stop for a little rest. the fish farm is long gone, but the river has some spectacular features.

Park has previously been washed away and amenities not rebuilt. Basically just access to a pretty creek

Really cool spot to hang out, just the access is a bit hazardous hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Very tranquil and relaxing. Good spot for picnic if you're keen?!😊

A nice picnic ground/ swimming hole in mountain cool water with plenty of established trees around.

A lovely billabong in the River where swimming and fishing are good options at a peaceful and picturesque site not far from town

When the river is flowing this is a great place to safely practice kayaking
