Evandale Stables Accommodation

Situated in the heart of Evandale this little spot was an absolute dream for the first night of our trip. We landed in Launceston, got our car rental and were checked in all within 45 minutes! The location is perfect to just wander the little town and shops of Evandale and the gardens are so beautiful and full of life, you feel like you are miles from anywhere. I sat for an hour in the afternoon sun just listening to the birds and patting the resident cat. The pub was full for dinner and we hadn't booked but the local takeaway did a great range of stuff and it was delish! So happy we stopped in here

So impressed with The Stables. Built in 1843, the history remains but the owner has taken care to provide everything to make ones stay so comfortable. Queen size bed, linen sheets, large towels, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, quality washing up detergent (it’s the little things 😊), bread and cereal for breakfast, well equipped kitchen + heaps more. Walking distance to the Prince of Wales Hotel, across the road from a bakery...Needless to say, we loved it here. Do yourself a favour 😁

Had a great stay at the stables. Cozy rooms, beautiful gardens and surrounds that give a feeling of home. Our hosts had an extensive knowledge and passion for the area, which made our travels in and around the town feel a little more special. great ice cream and coffee too.

Great location in the centre of historic Evandale, a moments stroll to beautiful churches and parks as well as the shops and pubs. Martin makes a fantastic cup of coffee, the rooms are cosy and clean, the surrounding gardens luscious and colorful. Evandale is less than 10 minutes drive from Launceston airport but I didnt notice any airplane noise, just the handy location.

The cottages were amazing to stay in, very comfortable and quiet. Off the street parking was convenient. The gardens were delightful to sit in and relax after a long day. It was situated right in the middle of town and a minutes walk from dinner.

Lovely character. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely decor. Self contained. Walk to shops. Would definitely stay again

New owner who has style and it shows, linen bed wear that beautiful, clean and a delicious breakfast combination in a quiet garden environment to recharge and enjoy Evandale Village store

The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Great gardens, great heating, and incredible shower. Home away from home.

Lovely setting. Very helpful host when arriving late. Cosy unit tastefully decorated.

Great for two people only

I stayed only one night, it was comfortable and very reasonably priced.
The check in is made from the Village Store which also has gift ware lines.
Vehicle access is around the back, down a quiet lane into a lovely garden / car park area. There are only three, one bedroom apartments on the site making it great for
the lite sleeper.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
There were all the basic b and b things provided. It was nice to be provided with a half litre of milk and a full load of local bakery bread.
There is a small step into the apartment that would require a bit of skill to get a wheelchair over.
All up a good stay , I'm sure that I will return.

Thoroughly enjoyed the facilities even though I was working in the area, it was nice to return to each night very comfortable with everything you need.

Just had 3 weeks at the stables accommodation in Evandale can not thank them enough for the friendly service and the cleanliness of our accommodation will be very happy to stay with them again

Very handy for the airport, 5 minute drive, to the airport, airport shuttle, for $20.
