What a STUNNING beach. Crystal clear, salty water. Amazing sand. Great spot to pull up a boat and watch the world go by. It is a little quieter than the main Keppel area so can be a good place to escape the masses.

We love the location as it has a very white sand, beautiful anchorage and great snorkelling Reef... marine life is abundant. Turtles, puffer fishes, epaulette sharks, rays at the beach and the kudzu goes on and on.

Possibly our favourite beach anywhere in Australia! Beautiful clear blue water & soft white sand. Perfect for a swim/snorkel. A moderate walk to reach this beach & quite steep on the way back, but worth it! Follow along on our adventures around Australia @sambolomio

Amazing location, would recommend spending at least 3 months on keppel island to get the full experience and defiantly check out monkey beach. There’s also a bloke named James that makes a mad cup of coffee over at Putney beach who is a hoot to have a chat with.

Probably the best snorkeling within walking distance from the ferry. Shallow water with amazing reef

Great place to swim out and snorkel over the coral reef. See turtles, rays and lots of fish too.

Beautiful weather and calm surf, we were there at high tide but still able to go out and snorkel on the reef.

It's a hell of a hike to get there but a beautiful hike. once there you're so ready to get in the water. Also the beach itself is gorgeous.

This beach was beautiful and everything we read about it. The coral was spectacular and seeing turtles and coloured fish was very special.

Beautiful secluded beach (well it was for us). Unfortunately visbility was too poor for us to see reef but it looked extensive from above.
