I can't express how much I love your store. I always get the best service, shop is always tidy and everyone are very pleasant and polite. I am very appreciative of wonderful Alex who always goes out of his way to help me with best champagne and wine. He always have the same welcoming nature with a lovely smile. He's a huge credit to the store. Shane and the other lady also are brilliant! I will recommend the store to anyone with such a great range of alcohol and wonderful service. Thank you Alex, Shane and amazing team :)

Never have what I want and the staff couldn't care less....No help whatsoever.
I TOO would give you a zero if possible. Never going here again !!

If I could give zero I would. My husband ordered items from uber eats only to be told once the payment had gone through and someone was on their way to be called by someone at your store saying that they did not have the items or any substitutes to offer us. After my husband was confused as to why we have been charged for items that will never be delivered, your store member told us it was our problem to deal with with uber and then hung up on us. Horrible service, you need to do better.

I am 33yo and Im under no delusion I look under 25 let alone 18 I was refused service because I didn't carry ID not sure if female staff serving was prejudice or just looking for a power trip. Stop at dan Murphy's on the way home zero problem.

Strap yourself in. Firstly, I have found most of the staff reasonable to deal with at this store. However, one particular staff member, a middle aged women, seems to delight in hassling customers.

My wife, who is 34 years old, has been repeatedly asked to provide ID! Looking at other comments here, this appears to be a trend. Seriously? I admit she does look good for her age. She could probably pass for late 20s. But under 18? Get a grip lady! You are either a moron or in serious need of new glasses! Or both! I have considered a third possibility. You possibly have a megalomania complex. Look it up!

I understand the importance of liquor act compliance. I myself worked in liquor and gaming compliance for 10 years. However, for Christ's sake, exercise some bloody common sense will you?

Let me just finish by saying that we don't intend to come back and I will be sharing my views on social media. There are plenty of other stores in Caloundra where we don't get harassed.

I'm 28 and I got asked for ID. Seriously? Couldn't get the bottle of 2015 Shiraz that I wanted. People don't carry wallets anymore and the store staff need to do better than guess someone's age and be out by a decade. Got a nice bottle of wine from Dan Murphys down the road.

Staff are rude, uninterested and very unwilling to go above and beyond. Never had a good experience shopping here. Won’t be going back.
