The best gym I’ve ever been to, even outside Townsville, so many facilities inside - being linked with no boundaries health and osteo is a massive bonus with the new recovery room and access to on site massage and dry needling 🙌🏽 this gym definitely doesn’t deserve the negative attention it has received. The gym itself is fantastic, great staff, great vibe, well maintained equipment and plenty of classes to choose from 💪🏽 massive fan

$15 a week, no lock in and a small 6 monthly fee. How could you choose anywhere else?
Classes, creche are also included.

I love this place and spend a good 10 hours a week here.
The equipment is fresh, maintained and just a joy to use.

Does get extremely busy 3:30 - 6pm due its amazing location behind the industrial estate.

PTs are very knowledgeable.
Benny is always available for questions and is happy to help with form if you ask.

Awesome gym. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great equipment and classes. They are always trying to make improvements to please their members be it new classes, new equipment and a now a place to buy coffee or protein shakes. Highly recommend this gym. 👍💪

Excellent facilities, great trainers. Classes are fun and well organized- I wish there were a few more in the middle of the day but the current timetable is more than adequate. Overall great place to work out!

The best gym in Townsville. After a few months this has become a second home with a gym family. The atmosphere is incredible, staff are all so friendly & helpful. The offer a huge range of classes and even a crèche, they cater for absolutely everyone.

This is the best gym you could possibly go to. The staff are absolutely amazing. The coaches are fantastic. Happy and friendly environment .. and literally every piece of equipment you could possibly ask for.

The excellent gym where you can practice various sports activities with maximum protection against covid, constant strict control based on rules for hygiene and sanitation, entrants, distance and professional staff.

I was often in this gym and every time I scored, I was always followed by the trainers! Very organized gym, only those who can swim all styles.

The layout of this gym is great nothing fancy about it but it looks good but has all you need and more to achieve the physique you want and the encouragement from all the staff and fellow members what more do you want.

Great staff, excellent equipment and cheap rates. The triple threat, I love the place.

This gym is like family to me, strangers treat you like they've known you for years, staff treat you like family that they have missed for some time.
