Had an excellent experience with this store, the staff, and the products available. After deciding on a washing machine I wanted via the website, I went instore and spoke with Fiona. From the beginning she was friendly and helpful, and didn't try to change my mind or upsell me a more expensive product. In fact without being asked she knocked the price on my item even lower when it was already on sale! My questions were all patiently answered and I felt welcome and confident in my purchase. The rest of the team on the floor and at the register were also lovely. By the way, paying that little bit extra for premium delivery is absolutely worth it! The people who delivered and installed my new washing machine were so professional, careful and considerate, and having them take away the old machine made everything that much easier. Couldn't be happier with this experience! Thank you so much.

I was in the store today to buy a fridge and received outstanding service from Rowena. She was able to give me a great price on my fridge with same day delivery on a Sunday. Very professional and friendly service. I would strongly recommend this store and in particular Rowena.

This shop is gorgeous. Immaculately presented. A rate customer service. Fiona and Casey (hope I got their names right) were so helpful and aided me in finding the right vacuum and microwave.

You would expect with all this their prices would be extravagant but they're not. Very reasonable prices, and some things quite a bit cheaper than their competitors.

Would I recommend The Good Guys in Townsville? 100% yes. I will defiantly be coming back.

Staff busy but still helped us find exactly what we were looking for

Went to enquire about a new phone, was assisted by Fiona who made the whole experience so easy even though she doesn't usually work in that department. Staff went out of their way to say hello and ask if I needed assistance. Very happy and will continue to visit The Good Guys when needing electrical or tech goods.

I purchaced a 75 inch Samsung tv and had problems not once but twice. These guys and girls on the sales floor, cash desk, and store /despatch area were nothing but fantastic. To be looked after so well was so incredible I had to write a review. Well done everyone and Thankyou.

My experience with Jessica L at the checkout area was phenomenal. She went above the expectations of a checkout employee and ended up being way more helpful than the sales people in the store. I was extremely happy with the service Jessica provided.

Good range of products but particularly great customer service. David was extremely knowledgeable about computers and at no point did we feel like we were being pushed into a sale, just informed on what we were asking which was very refreshing! We actually specifically came back to the store to buy from David after visiting several other competitors we were that happy with how we were treated. Keep up the great work 😊

Went in to get a quick price on an air conditioner, as our usual appliance store was out of stock. Was served by "Jesse" , he's not your usual sales person, he's reserved, respectful, patient and knowledgeable. He got us a better price than our usual appliance store and even beat out internet prices. Great transaction, great store, great products. For a stress free, hassle free transaction, ask for Jesse by name. 10/10 would by from him again.

Went in looking for a lg soundbar, the sales rep David from the tv/electronics department gave me such a good deal that it made harvey normans price seem incredibly high, he helped take the product to the car and it was all round a very good experience. Highly recommend if chasing a good deal!

I have been dealing with Michael Turner from the Commercial Sales and he has been nothing sort of sensational. He has changed my whole perception of the The Good Guys. He has been prompt, explained the process from start to finish and has delivered everything he promised he would and then that little bit more! Thank you Michael!

I recently purchased a fridge / freezer, the salesman Robert N was very knowledgeable with product information, suggestions and help in getting the right product for me. He gave options, and for and against information and I was able to make an informed decision.
The delivery was on the day arranged with a phone call and expected time of delivery given. It arrived promptly and the two deliverers Craig and Jarred were very curteous, careful, and set up the appliance removing all packaging and giving me a run through on the working of the appliance. Well done Good Guys.

We have been dealing with Troy Williams Good Guys in Townsville for many years and have always received excellent service. Recently I had a product that was faulty but couldn't find the docket, rang GG's - they looked up their system, found item was still in warranty and immediately emailed me the docket so I could exchange it for a new one. Can't beat that for excellent service. We'll continue to be dedicated GG shoppers, they are the best on price and service - great staff too. Thank you Fiona G for your assistance today, a fine example of GG's great staff and service.

I have been shopping at The Good Guys Townsville since the store opened. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable particularly Deanne and Simon. Prices the best in Townsville. No business can stock multiples of every item so every now and then you might have to wait for stock. No big deal. Boys in despatch also helpful.

Love shopping here! Top service, great advice and good prices. First shopped here 7 years ago. Was there a couple of days ago. Always good value for money.

The Good Guys Townsville have exceeded my expectations. After browsing a number of competitors, I have found The Good Guys staff to have the best product knowledge and the most honest service. Robert (Sales Person) was originally helping us with a Kitchen Stove, to which he was then able to sell us a TV with just as clear communication about the products across all the brands. Would recommend and we will return!

Only new to Townsville and have all ready had several large dollar price purchases from the Townsville store. But it was the salesman today that excelled. His name is Robert and he definitely knew his products. We spent over an hour with him and nothing was an issue. We are looking to buy a new oven, cooktop, rangehood and microwave and he showed us everything and knew how each individual model worked and differed from each other.
Well done Good Guys. Give that man a pay rise.
