After reading the reviews, I was not looking forward to my visit to this Post Office today. How wrong I was. The young woman who served me was very helpful, polite and despite the busy lunch hour rush was calm and gave each client her undivided attention. I'd be happy to go back there again.

The Banora Point team are friendly, helpful and hard working. I frequently use their services and am happy to do so! Special shout out to Daria who is always ready to help me with my business parcels!

Good efficient service, a bit of a line up on some days, but don’t get me wrong. I like the service I get there. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and rarely go anywhere else!

Worst post office! I rushed over to collect my parcel after work today. I arrived at 4:55, and the close sign was already up. I Knocked on the door, and the staff gestured rudely that they were closed through the window. In every business I've worked in, if the hours are 8-5, you have the doors open from 8-5. I've had my parcels redirected to another post office further from my house because this is not the only act of incompetence; I've experienced since moving to Banora.

By far the worst post office in the country, I have tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over the past 10 years but they're just useless, they don't deserve to be an Australia Post office, Always a long line up, Never a qualified staff person to conduct even the simplest of tasks and the only person in the place that you are directed to as the qualified staffer ( to pay an online bill , passport applications, passport photos or JP certifying ) has no clue what they're doing and isn't consistent in her requirements for completing tasks with her on a day to day basis. Anyways 15 minute drive and my new local PO is a breath of fresh air.

My sister was told that she had to come back next week to collect her package as they “were busy” it was 3:40 PM, there was her and 2 other customers…. Today is a Friday and she needed her package and ordered it for her birthday this weekend. Next time do what you get paid to do and get the package.

Had no problems in the past, always great service. But, arrived to pick up several parcels at 4:55pm only to find the closed sign up (advertised closing at 5pm). I know it’s only 5 minutes but when you’re time poor and unable to get to the PO during the day it becomes a bit frustrating.
