Every project is designed to provide the client with the best outcome for their chosen site. Anstey Homes came to the rescue when other builders let us down and have been exceptional to deal with. Over the past 18 months, my wife and I engaged two different building companies. These other companies presented us with prolonged delays and ultimately did not deliver on what they promised. This led us to find Anstey Homes through media we’d seen about their award-winning designs. From the moment we met Phil at Anstey Homes and the team, their service was exceptional. Phil’s ability to take a concept brief and develop it into a stunning design for our dream home was incredible. A very positive experience building our first home build, Anstey were fabulous every step of the way, the staff always helpful. The Interior designer made it really easy for us to choose tiles, carpet, colours and we are so happy with the choices and the quality is top of the line, the house feels so luxurious and we could not be happier with our home!

We first started dealing with Anstey Homes about two years ago looking at off the plan designs at Angels Beach in East Ballina.

We were very impressed with the location, the size of the development and the clever design of the houses and townhouses.

Having sold a big house on two acres we were ready to commit to downsizing in size and in maintenance and embrace the beachside lifestyle and continue our international and domestic travels.

Since then we have been continually treated with professionalism, respect and integrity, not to mention flexibility by Phil and his team.

Sure there has been some delays with strict Council requirements and registering of the land, but that has also given us the time to change, modify and perfect our own little piece of paradise.

The shell of the plunge pool is in, the slab is done and it's full steam ahead.

Designed and built in record time a complete estate after spending two years with the previous architect that went absolutely no where and ended up in $15,000 of design loses. We had a granny flat and studio in 3 months and the full build 4 months later.

Could not be happier, Bren was amazing and guided me through the whole process.Would definitely recommend Anstey !!!

We went in and met Bren at the showroom in East Ballina. She seemed enthusiastic and spoke highly of the company. We went home and outlined what we were looking for with a build with Anstey and emailed it back to her straight away. She said the team were on leave for Easter break so it would be a short wait until we heard back. That was at the end of March and we never heard anything back - not even an email or phone call to say Anstey couldn’t provide what we were after. Such a shame as I really loved the home designs but if that’s how a potential client is treated with zero communication except for me emailing twice to query how long until we heard back, I’m glad we didn’t build with them.

My partner & l had a terrible experience with Ansty homes.

After collaborating a custom designing house with Phil Ansty for our first home & paying him for a custom design. Phil decided to put our design in a brocher targeted at potential clients in our development.

After kindly asking Phil to remove from brocher many times, as we were concerned he was selling our custom design house to other potencial clients, in which he was not being honest or authentic.

Our other concerns were that we did not want someone building the same house in our development, as it may devalue ours (being 2 or more of same house in development), plus we paid 4K just for the custom design!

After weeks of emails, phone call & no empathy or compassion towards us as clients we decided to terminate our relationship with Ansty homes. We unfortunately lost our 4K, which was heart breaking, as we were first home owners. That was a big kick in the guts!

I would actually give Phil Ansty homes a 0 star rating for customer service if l could.

I would never build with them again...
