Ozcare Toowoomba Aged Care Facility

Mum and dad have been at Oz Care for 2years now. It's been a very difficult transition for both of them. The staff have been both helpful and caring to both mum, dad and myself. Maybe the menu could be looked at

We have been part of the Ozcare Toowoomba family now for over 3 years. My mother-in -law is a resident there and we are very happy with her care. If I ever have concerns, I feel comfortable to raise them and happy that they are actioned. The communication with regard to facility news/updates is wonderful and I am updated regularly if there is a change in my mother-in-laws condition. They even call me if they feel she needs to speak with me. We try our best to be an engaged family helping Ozcare Toowoomba support and care for our love one.

Great age care fercitily my mum lives there, n the only thing she complaints about is the food the chief doesn't cook the veggies, n for people without teeth that's not good.

Weekday nurse outstanding. Weekend nurse if she comes has always been late.

Horrid! I wouldn't place an animal in this facility. Regardless of several Govt investigations this place still exists and lm stunned given the work place health and safety issues and ongoing Elder Abuse- sexual, repaeted physical assaults, and medical negligence of residents and gaslighting of residents and racism 🙄 I can't wait til Aged Care Advocate gets Mum relocated to safety. The Manager denies main contact information when residents consented to all info being provided. They also evicted Mum who is bed bound.
In my dealings with the staff lve found them incompetent in their jobs.
Staff do not provide phone messages to residents or nodes for the Dr when asked to do say. They say they will...but don't. They lie to residents about who is on a phone and then start saying the resident is confused.
If l added photos you would vomit in disgust at them and wonder why this place gets away with treating other humans this way they get well paid to look after

Disgusting attitude towards elderly, staff on site were extremely rude, shouting out towards us.
No respect at all, extremely disappointed. Very glad that my Pop isn’t going with your service as just imagine what you do behind close doors if you’re speaking to elderly like you do in person! 0 stars.

Our father lost weight, was not fed of hydrated. He always had a terrible odor. He was always left alone in his room and never brought to activities. Many safety issues were missed. Short staff and poor ratios.
