We are very thankful that we wore able to purchase (BREVILLE NTC SENSOR KIT FOR BES 880). We had an error (ER05) and I was able to fix it on my own. I would love to purchase one more for backup. Thank you again!

I bought a Breville 54mm 2 Cup Dual Wall Filter online because mine became blocked. A true coffee emergency. I chose Outwest Coffee Gear because they do Express Shipping and they did not disappoint. I ordered on Tuesday night and it arrived at the Gold Coast on Thursday with tracking provided. Only two days without coffee, it felt a lot longer, but I was very happy with how fast and easy it was. Highly recommended!

What a great experience to deal with Outwest Coffee Machines! Great communication, Stephen and his team kept me fully informed from when to bring our machine in and likely time to completion of the work required! This is now the only place I go for maintenance of our coffee machine, I tell all my friends to go to Outwest Coffee for service and repair work of their coffee machines.

I was researching an issue that I was having with my Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine, when I stumbled on their website. They had an article describing the exact problem I was having and how to fix it. So I ordered the required parts. They arrived quickly. I then followed their guide on how to fix the problem. Probably saving myself in the order of $400-500 dollars. Thanks so much for providing the fix-it guides and a great array of spares. I will definitely use Outwest Coffee again!

I recently had our Breville barista express repaired by Stephen at Outwest coffee machines. He was able to repair our machine back to like new condition for a fraction of the cost of a new machine. As well as saving money it was nice to be able to avoid adding to landfill. Stephen is clearly super knowledgeable and has heaps of experience. I can highly recommend.

Stephen is a great guy with loads of experience. My Jura automatic 'J5' machine was inspected, parts ordered and fixed within a week. If he takes a moment to get back to you initially it's because the secret is getting out about his technical excellence and he is busy. Worth the wait and the very reasonable prices.

Outwest came through! The only shop that had the part for my steam valve AND was able to ship to my location. I was a little hesitant to order at first because of few reviews and limited info online. Shipping was long because of covid and my location, and that warning was posted on their site. Support small business (even if not local). Thanks!

I had issues with my Delonghi Automatic Coffee Machine not producing a great coffee. The machine was in need of a service and small parts needed replacing. The service was very efficient and within a couple of days I had the machine back and I am enjoying great coffee once again. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who has a coffee machine in need of a service or repair. Stephen is knowledgeable, prompt and the price was affordable!

Support small, husband-and-wife business! I thought I forgot a part, Stephen assured I didn't need it - but would add it if not despatched yet. Super knowledgeable, reassuring and yes you still can support locally owned suppliers (even if you buy a big multinational brand machine!)

A Google search found the Outwest site, and Stephen's detailed articles on what & how to test had me isolate the issue in no time. Parts ordered, arrived in a few days, and we're back in business! Ordered parts into NSW on several occasions to fix my own machine, well thought out parts kits and helpful customer service for harder to get bits and advice.

Stephen does a great job. He is fast and his rates are very reasonable. I've had him service my Bezzera Mitica twice now and I won't hesitate to have him do my next service.

Originally I took my Breville coffee machine to the Breville recommended supplier in my area. I was told I would receive a call in a week. After waiting a week and hearing nothing I rang them to find out they have not even looked at it yet and told they me that they wouldn't look at it for another 2 to 3 days at best. I rang Breville expressing my disappointment so they gave me the phone number of another recommended supplier further away. I decided to google "coffee machine service" in my local area and Outwest Coffee Solutions came up in my search. I decided to take the chance knowing it was not on Breville's list and was glad to have done so. Stephen from Outwest Coffee Solutions emailed me with what was wrong with my coffee machine and the costs within hours of receiving my machine. I had my coffee machine back in perfect working order in this time and it was gone to the first service and form. Given that we have one of the more expensive Breville coffee machines I would've liked to have thought that they would have recommended a supplier that specializes in coffee machines. I could not recommend Outwest Coffee enough to anyone who needed their machine serviced. The service was fast the staff friendly and my coffee machine is as good as new. I will definitely be returning!
