This is my workplace so naturally I love it! The library is open to the public although we can't run any programmes yet. See you soon!

The most helpful and friendly staff! Peaceful environment, very comfortable!

Good services, short on space.

Visited this place and the vibe was very off as soon as I walked in, lady staff member at the counter seemed to be very unprofessional towards myself spoke to me as if I couldn’t understand, polite towards other customers.
Left unsure why I was treated like this when I hadn’t even spoken much just the general ( hi would I be able to use a computer to print a few things?).
Will go elsewhere from now on.

Staff who don’t give book loan extensions when they should, nor do they want those people to stay in the library for lengthy times reading, a most definite form of discrimination. Plus, they are friends with council, who gave me a parking ticket for $79 whilst parked outside the Gunnedah library for 2hrs and 30 seconds (Gunnedah is a small country town, with certainly no need for parking signs at all let alone parking inspectors, – later someone told me I was the only person in Gunnedah to ever receive a parking ticket.) I was left feeling rejected from my local library and that I was quite disgusted with the women who run this library and Gunnedah Council (I believe the politicians have deliberately built a new cancer unit at the Tam hospital due to all the thievery that goes on by the women in this town.)
