I first met Dr Marcel Lee twelve years ago in my twenties, I have had a lifelong ortho journey and was extremely insecure about my smile and my teeth moving.

I've recently found him by a stroke of luck again, twelve years later in 2024, and he's repaired all of my veneers for my wedding in October.

I can't thank him enough for giving me back the ability to smile. He's truly gifted with complex Dental treatments and I would strongly recommend this practice and him as a whole.

My dental care with Dr Isabelle was very pleasant - she is observant, thorough and gentle. Isabelle also took the time to explain my dental assessment and scans. I'd highly recommend Isabelle if you are looking for an experienced and professional dentist. The receptionist and dental assistant were also friendly and professional.

I came to Dr Marcel Lee after years of dental neglect due to financial circumstances and also dental trauma.

I feared being judged as I had holes in my teeth and one dead tooth. Dr Marcel Lee made me feel supported, unjudged and comfortable to share my dental history. We were also able to work out a treatment plan to help me financially pay for my visits in installments - as I did not have private health insurance.

His work on me has been stellar and I feel like I'm in a spa because he is so gentle and caring as a person.

I would not swap out my dentist for him as he is just such a kind, caring and genuine doctor. Very rare to find 🙏

Dr Lee and his team have looked after me since mid 2016 during my Invisalign process and also for other various tooth work. Dr Lee and his team have been nothing but kind, friendly and professional every visit and I couldn’t have picked a better dentist to go to.

Dr David Young and the team at Smiles really look after their clients. As a client of more than 15 years, I have experienced a number of procedures and found every experience to be painless, professional and efficient. Dr Young and his team are always up to date with new procedures and techniques in dentistry. My most recent experience was a splint, which was put together after a 3D scan of my top jaw, which would have to be the latest development in technology. I look forward to my next appointment.

I had a molar cavity that was apparently challenging to fill. After two failed attempts at another clinic nearby, which led to gum infections, bleeding, and my first experience of intensely painful headaches (bad enough to be unfit to drive), I sought for a second opinion and saw Dr Lee at Sydney Smiles Dental in Chatswood. At the clinic, I noticed a difference in the quality of care within a few minutes of chair time. Instead of diving into my mouth immediately for answers, Dr Lee had actually spent time talking to me first, asking what I am experiencing, what needs to be addressed and what is less of a concern dentally speaking, and answered any questions I had along the way during his examination. What a relief compared to my other dental experiences where they try to get you in and out as soon as possible.

The bottom line is, I followed the instructions Dr Lee had given me to resolve my gum issues and it worked. Dr Lee performed his dentistry on my cavity and it worked. The fact that Dr Lee had taken care of my tooth cavity in 45 mins chair time which two dentists could not in the other clinic in a combined time of 1h 15 mins (!) ... it means something to me.

As I was experiencing a better quality of care, I was expecting to pay more. However, Sydney Smiles Dental actually charges less than the other clinic I went to for the same job code. I think I know where to go to in future...

I cannot recommend Dr. Marcel Lee and his team at Sydney Smiles enough! This is the first dental clinic that I have been to where I feel looked after, their prices are affordable and I always feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you Sydney Smiles!

I do my generic dental care and did my braces here. Very detailed and never rushes. Best dental clinic in Chatswood hands down. Always super friendly and never upsells. Honest and fair price. Highly recommend.

Dr Lee was very gentle, he also explained everything and was understanding. The dental implants he placed for me a few years now has been superb. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr Lee. He took photos of my teeth and I could see exactly what condition they are in myself and he is patient in answering all my questions. He somehow makes going to the dentist pleasant!
